I'm a big time gamer and a programmer for fun. These keys are extremely lightweight, responsive, and easy to use. Whether I'm gaming or doing something else, the Hall Effect feature makes it so I dont have to press down all the way on my keyboard for a keystroke and reacts all the same! 10/10 reccomend this keyboard! The Q5 is extremely heavy weight as well. So it makes it harder to accidentally move and slide around. Its what I am currently using to write this review!

I need to start by addressing what an incredible value this is. The wood finish is really unique and I've enjoyed how it looks on my office desk, but I can't get over the switches. They are quiet, but don't sacrifice the responsiveness to do it. Beyond just the keyboard itself, life-changing tip - program your user name and password as macros in the Keychron Launcher. I hit two buttons now to log-in to multiple systems. Highly recommend!

This thing is a brick, it weighs like 5 lbs almost. It build equality also reflects this. I have be using for gaming and it been a nice upgrade from a regular mechincal keyboard sounds wounderful and the keys have nearly no side to side play like some competitors. I have been abosutley been loving it.

Thocky typing experience right out of the box - love it! This is the best keyboard I’ve experienced by far!!! RGB settings are top notch. The OSA key caps are pretty comfortable — coming from a low profile KB user. Price point is certainly premium but it’s worth it IMO

Seriously the best keyboard I’ve tried. I’m no keyboard snob but I did want a new wireless keyboard for school and comparing the prices and build quality with other brands, this was a no brainer. It’s heavy, sturdy and the typing feels and sounds great compared to my razor huntsman

Great Keyboard! Just don’t care for the keycap profile but that’s my preference.

the build quality of this keyboard is fantastic. It's heavy meaning it won't drift on y desk. The switches sound fantastic. The magnetic switches really provide a different feel to anything I've tried before, in a really good way. Every time I sit down at my computer, I get excited all over again to type on this keyboard,

Needed a new keyboard after my old one started double typing. Decided to try one of these HE keyboards, so far love it! Able to use this keyboard with all my devices easily and it feels great!

After doing months of research on this product i decided to pull the trigger. I only wish best buy had this on display to interact with.

This is the second Q5 HE I've purchased at BestBuy. The first one completely stopped working after a month and BestBuy, fortunately, exchanged it for a new one. I've had constant connectivity issues that require toggling the keyboard between wired and wireless multiple times in order for it to connect to my system. The build quality and typing experience with this keyboard is fantastic and I do not want to return it again, so I reached out to Keychron customer support for a solution and have gone back forth for weeks with no resolution and constant repetitive questions and redundant troubleshooting tasks. The keyboard still does not function as advertised and still has issues. Best Buy has been great about supporting me and would likely allow me to return it, but I feel like Keychron should do a better of job of supporting their products, especially at this price point. TLDR; good build quality, connectivity issues, unreliable manufacturer, and poor customer support. Buy at your own risk. I won't be buying another Keychron product.
