Great value, and it's very efficient with. It only uses 4 amps. Almost every other 5,000 BTU air conditioner uses more

Cheap AC for the price

so small for the price. Now, I want to exchange it just for a higher BTU, I am not asking for a refund and they giving me a hard time. They only give you 2 weeks. I am a long time customer, but after this I will not purchase from here any longer. you have to pay 179.00 a year so you have more time for extension for a refund or exchange. Now. I am stuck with an AC that I have no use for new in the box. Literally, just lost my money.
