Great product, easy to install and compact, quiet,like that it has energy saver. The price was reasonable.

It's pretty quiet. Not as loud as some I've owned. Cools my small bedroom nicely to the point where I'm comfortable and not freezing. That could be because it keeps shutting down after a few minutes. Can someone help me figure out how to keep it running until I no longer need it to?

PROS: • Good price. • Very light weight. Easy to carry to upper floors. • Simple assembly and installed in window in under 10 minutes. • Quiet as compared to the GE AHP06LZ I purchased 2 yrs ago for about the same price. (I can sleep with it on low.) CONS: (Just one) • The idea of the "Follow Me" function is nice, but in this remote it's poorly implemented. It works as long as the remote can "see" the AC unit and is pointed at it. An RF based remote, instead of this IR type wouldn't have such limitations. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchased and would recommend it.

Works very well for the very small room we needed it for. It fairly light for an AC so it wasn’t to hard to install.

I mean it’s quiet, Powerful, many features. Build quality seems top notch. Cools very well for 5000 unit. So good in fact I purchased the 8000btu model , (Sorry Best Buy but it came from Home Depot ) and I was even more impressed. These are extremely well built, quiet , functional and powerful units. Not sold on the "follow me “remote setting though. It doesn’t really seem to work accurately. More of a gimmick I would say. But it’s not really needed on units this small. I mean seriously. Maybe in a room that’s huge and for that you’re probably gonna want something more advanced.
