Good a/c for small area

I wanted one that I would be able to put in an upstairs bedroom. It was easy to get together. The only problem I have had is putting the large hose to the outside vent hole in the window. If the hose is not put in correctly it could fall out which causes warm air to get into the room. I think the end of the hose that goes into the window frame can be improved.

Great portable air conditioner for a single room

Small and quiet

I got a lemon.

Otherwise you'll have zero chance at refund/replacement. Set up and intstallation was easy. Manual could have been better edited for clarity. I had my unit for less than 4 weeks. On the evening of 25-JUL-2020, I did the usual check-over to make sure there were no blockages; unit had the right amount of space; cord was undamaged; etc., 5 minutes into operation, it started shaking and making a loud clanging noise. When I say loud, I mean that it was the same volume as putting a brick into a clothes dryer. (Some of you might remember the fad to upload videos of dryers with bricks/cinderblocks with a recording of "Harlem Shake") It was loud enough to prompt my downstairs neighbor to come up and see if I was okay. I'm now outside the return window and out $349.70USD So yeah, you can get this but you'll need the protection plan.
