I used one of these last summer that I borrowed from a friend during the really hot days. It was great. I was excited to get this new one for myself at a great price. I had Best Buy put it in my car. When I unloaded it, I noticed the box looked like it had been run over and retaped. Decided I better open to check it out. All of the packing material was broken and the drain was broken. The box had been retaped and the a/c was upside down in the box. I would recommend the product, but not purchasing through Best Buy.

Very nice unit for a small area. Cools room quickly and is fairly quiet.
