    Always have trouble finding air conditioners that fit in my steel casement windows. This one fits nicely (it’s a bit narrower than the window opening but it stays in place). It comes with plenty of screws and a shelf. The shelf is ok and does the job. The directions are not great but I was able to puzzle out how to get it in. The air conditioner is quite powerful and is able to cool both my living room and dining room. Overall, I would recommend.

    The best purchase by far. We had used portable ACs for years in our small apartment. At the end of last summer our old unit broke and after some research we landed on this unit. It was easy to install, it works great. Some reviews say it’s noisy but it’s no more noisy then our old portable AC.

    This unit works great and is what I needed for my narrow window. I read reviews before buying this that said that it came with everything you needed to install it but I didn't find that to be the case. It does come with a platform that you install below the window. The unit sticks out quite a lot and it wants to slant a little to drain properly. I ended up building a base with a couple of 1x4s to put on the windowsill to get it to work correctly. Also, the installation instructions were really bad. Just be aware that installing this will take a little bit of work.

    This ac works well for us. It runs quietly and efficiently and cools the area well. We bought this kind because of our windows and it is perfect! Installing them went well. We are quite pleased!!
