Works great. My apt is 841 sq ft it’s been between 90-100 and my apt was HOT!!! Until I turn this little guy on and now life is cool. It can be loud at times I think it’s from the fan turning on but I sleep through it. It has 3 filters very easy to clean. And the machine will tell you when to clean them. If your dying in the heat this product is worth buying it’s been a life saver for me and my family. Thank you

This is my second time recieving this and this time with all its parts. Easy to set up and cools my whole house which is a 1 bedroom.

I have this AC unit in a larger room and it keeps it cool. Wish I would have purchased sooner. It is a little loud - kinda like a fan, but it doesn't bother me.

This A/C unit does a good job in a small room. It's also easy to set up.

Works great. Cools my room. Don't kid yourself, No air conditioner is quiet because ALL air conditioners have components that are GOING to make NOISE. My only complaint is that it doesn't have the water line that disperses the water along with the hot air. Getting rid of the water is a bit of a chore. Other than that, it's great.

Man, this cools down my bedroom really fast. I have an old central air unit. Has to work constantly to cool upstairs. I decided to get one of these so that I can turn the temp up at night, and keep my room cool with one of these instead. It should pay for itself in a few months at the rate I was going before.

First off, the machine I received was defective, causing an obscenely loud vibrating sound unless I put pressure on the side in just the right way. But even when I could get the vibrating to quiet I didn't like the sound difference between when the AC was running and when it was just the fan. The constant on/off of the AC was something I couldn't sleep though well. I ended up having to return it. However, despite my problems with noise, it was easy to install and it did cool my room down quickly.

THe Keystone 500 square foot portable AC unit does a great job cooling my master bedroom and I was able to buy it on sale so I don't regret buying it but there are a few things about it which I don't like. The exhaust hose makes a "spitting" sound as the condensation water is expelled out of the hose and the remote control on/off button resets the mode to auto.

When I received my unit, one of the wheels was broke, also this unit makes a lot of noise. If you can live with the noise great unit.

This is an amazing portable AC, gets the job done even in the super hot heat. Just be sure the size room you select is around the recommended. Don’t use any second hand window mounting hardware as well.

It was very good. It was very cold in my room. But after a couple of use not sure why it will turn on then shut off. So it wouldn't cool the room.

Quiet and runs very quiet compared to my other unit which is a hisense

Got a pretty good deal on this unit. Struggles to cool the 500 sf. as advertised.Would be better at less sq. footage.

The air conditioner gets the room very cold - it works great! But the con is the noise - though you have to expect it.

Works great, cools down a small room like a charm.

This air conditioning unit is great. Does a great job of cooking up my living room.
