We hooked this unit up in our garage, which is larger than 700 square feet. It manages to keep a large area cool. The areas furthest away do not get cold, but the temp is definitely lower. Our summer had plenty of 90 degree days so far. And we were able to keep about 2/3 of a three car garage in the mid 70s.

Unit came missing parts, box was damaged. The unit does cool and easy to set-up

It does a good job cooling and de-humidifying my house ( 930 sf ) . I did add a couple of pedestal fans to better distribute the air and a condensate pump so I wouldn't have to empty a bucket every few hours .I also had to use classic gray duct tape to seal the window adapter to my window .

Cools the room off perfectly is a little noisy but after awhile i can learn to not hear it. My room is frosty cold.

Purchased this AC to cool off a work room,from the time I first got it home it worked very well cooled off my space in only a few minutes! Very cool & Happy!

after trying 2 other 14000 air conditioners this unit is worth the extra money .cools my sunroom to perfect 73 degrees . other 2 would not

This unit is wonderful! It is super quiet compared to others I have used in the past and it cools my entire apartment! Completely satisfied with this purchase!

With exception to late delivery and lack of window kit we love this a.c.Called BestBuy @ window kit and Help person was very friendly and did his job well ! Very hot out and I didn't want to send it back.Made my own window kit and called Keystone and they responded with the window kit very quickly .BestBuy also took a percentage off of price because of lack of parts.Kudos to both BestBuy and Keystone for their Customer Service and my satisfaction ! Thanks !

Needed to cool upstairs bedrooms. This was the best deal I could find. And it cools up stairs really good.

This thing has made the summer heat more bearable. I tried a few other units but this one had the best combo of cold output and low noise.

Have been using it going on 2 years and it has been a great AC. Was a huge help in the summer for the hot days an when air quality was bad. Kept my apartment cool when I needed it most.

We needed some kind of AC in our home and this definitely delivers! It makes a huge difference and it delivers the cool air we need!

It blows cools air , however it was not enough BTU for us. Room size 659 Sq.Ft. This air conditioner supposed to cool up to 700 Sq.Ft. I needed more BTU’s to cool down our room. It is very humid in Florida.So that why I gave it Fair rating.Go for a larger unit ( 16,000 or 18,000 BTU’s to cool down 659 Sq.Ft Room).

This was my first time using a portable AC unit. For 2 summers it has kept my living room cool during some of the hottest summer days. Unit is very reliable.

I purchased this air conditioned while doing some remodeling. I purchased it to cool a small room however, it cooled a large area. I purchased a Honeywell but returned it because it didn't even come close to the cooling capabilities of this unit.
