Not a bad sub for the money. Running with 300 watts rms. Pretty good.

I was upgrading the soundsystem in my 13 Nissan altima, and saw this subwoofer. It seemed really compact and I was familiar with the brand so I bought it without even hearing it. None of the Bestbuys I went to could get their displays to play it, so I figured I would return it if I didnt like it. I love the sound, nice tight bass. I wasn't looking to rattle the windows in my house just hear the loss you don't get in a stock system.

Used in a Toyota 4 wheeler, plenty of good power and sound.

Speaker and box combo is good. They probably used a refurbished speaker because it didn't last long even staying within range. Maybe a little over year. Make sure you get the warranty. Sound and box quality is good. Don't expect an earthquake but an amazing crisp bump paired with a 1000 watt mono pioneer amp. It is a slim enclosure design meant for smaller cars or trucks taking minimal space. I did buy a replacement speaker which sounds slightly better and has lasted longer to replace the one that came with this hence the four star rating. Other than the speaker issue I do recommend the speaker for value and sound quality.

These are great for truck. Not window rattling but enough to make it sound good

Sounds great with the kicker 400 watt amp. Does not fit under back seat of 2005 Silverado crew cab.

For how much it costs it is a great. Easy to set up as well and great bass

If you are looking for something to make your rear-view mirror fall off on daily drives, scramble your brain cells, and annoy all dog owners in a 5 mile radius, this sub-woofer is not for you. When I got my first car I had a 12" Sub with a Full Sized Box Encloure installed in my trunk and loved it. It could definitely achieve the scenarios mentioned above. That car is long gone and I have since sold that system. After having my current car for a little over 2 years, I decided I wanted that extra boom to my bass again and purchased this particular Sub. Now that I am a little bit older I didnt think I wanted bass capable of blowing out my Grandmother's Hearing Aids and thought a smaller, more compact system would work as I have never been picky about the size of my sub or the size/shape of the enclosure, just the performance... or so I thought, that first sub/system spoiled me and I have learned a lot about subwoofers and car audio since purchasing this and using it, then looking for a replacement. I didn't really know that the size/shape of the enclosure could impact the amount/kick/volume of the bass the speaker inside it would produce. In-fact, one of the workers at Best Buy told me that he had the same sub in a different (Full Box) enclosure and that it sounded much better. After having this Sub for about a week, I came to the realization that I needed to go back to at least another 12" Sub w/ Full Size Box Enclosure. To wrap it up, if you aren't trying to set off the nearest seismograph and have Kevin Bacon gearing up for another Tremors attack and just want to add a teaspoon or 2 of bass on-top or your stock audio, this would be great for you.

Great subwoofer just wish it had a built-in amp but the quality of the speaker is excellent
