Very good quality subs and for only a set of tens they really thump. Couldnt be happier with these little thumpers.

These are in no way going to provide ground shaking bass but they are enough for your car not the neighborhood. I had bought this as an exact replacement for one I purchased already in a box because I had blown a coil even under the specs the manufacturer recommended. I have kept the gain much lower on this one and so far so good. It was disappointing though as I did calculate everything correctly and even had a local car stereo place confirm my math. I did not try to use gain as a volume control a noob. Overall good enough.

This subwoofer does what its supposed to do. If you pair this with a good enclosure it hits hard.

Sound great with the 1200 watt kicker mono D block amp, have 2 of these in a custom box in a 2004 mustang, and they hit super hard

Received two of these 10 inch Kicker 2ohm dvc along with a sealed box back in December for a unbelievable price. I went for it on price alone without much research but did excellent in getting a good speaker that can handle just the right amount of power without an electrical upgrade. I also installed a cx-1200 monoblock Amp which is also a quality Amp that is one of the most powerful and true amps that pairs with my 10"subs perfectly. You can't do much better and can do fairly worse with your sub choice or brand but Kicker does well in overall expectations in their car audio products. I wired them for a final 2 ohm input to 2ohm stable mono 1200 watt Kicker Amp so each speaker receives 600 watts each. My amp stays cool and doesn't make headlights flicker. I don't use alot of boost or tone controls that over tax low frequencies either. Way more power than needed for my Nissan suv but like an engine, you can never have too much power, right? I love listening to my big block subs now when driving to the point of taking long way home now just to hear the next song that comes up. Will be upgrading stock speakers since now I'm loving music more than ever thanks to the new subs that really round out all types of music and makes your body feel the beat! If you enjoy your music loud and clear like I do than I feel like it's definitely worth the cost involved. Enjoy.

These subs produce clean clear thumping bass heads turn when I roll down the block and its not even turned up

This sub has plenty of power. It complements my 4 speakers and the overall sound of the car.
