I put these in the rear of my truck as replacement along with matching 6x9's in the front. Chevy stock speakers are weak, and the difference is very noticeable. Would probably sound even better with an aftermarket amp or stronger head unit. The price is on the low end, but the quality is there as a strong upgrade. The base from these are deeper but I wouldn't say louder, although it does produce across better frequencies. I would purchase again as a stock upgrade.

Bought the speakers to replace the factory speakers in the front door of our 2002 GMC Sierra for my son. Easy to install and he enjoys to sound.

I bought these to install in the rear doors of my 2000 Yukon, they were very easy to install and sound great using only the factory amp.

This pair of Kickers replaced a set of Alpine SPE-6000's & again, it proves that more money doesn't mean better performance. I've had the Alpines for about 6 years installed but eventually failed when both cones started tearing from the seams where it was glued on its basket & decided to just spend a little lesser as never did the rears, from what i remembered, had much difference anyways. These Kickers did make a difference & not only was I wrong but totally surprised as it added more depth & clarity to my hearing pleasure. I was so right in spending less as the old Alpines were still available on the same model but as of writing this review, the Alpines were 71.99 & this Kickers CS were 55.99! Cheaper & performed much better as to highly recommending these 6.5 CS speakers from Kickers. I had to up & change the EQ & Bass settings from before as these Kickers had a higher RMS of 100 compared to 60 on the Alpines & added more soundstage to what I was use to with my previous set. Handles more bass, the highs in the centered tweets were much more refined & I can actually feel more thump from the lows this 6.5 Kickers produces in perfect rhythm to the 8" Kicker sub with just the perfect amount of sweet trebles that I have in my Tundra.

I just installed these in the dash of my 2015 Camry. The installation was pretty easy and they fit without a problem. I used a 400Hz bass blocker which I highly recommend. These speakers sound really smooth and articulate. They create a really noticeable stereo effect. The highs are not brittle and it was easy to balance them with the remaining stock speakers. For the price, it's a no brainer!

ive always been a big KICKER's fan since the early 90's and from subs to mids and tweet, they never disappointed me. and this one you just cant beat for the price

These speakers have the best quality and can handle Lots of power ... I didn't have to mod or cut anything , it just fit right in ...

Good speakers for a good price, they sound good in my Jeep Cherokee. I have 4 of them one in each door.
