Rears in my 98 Lexus ES300 blew out so I looked for some cheap replacements. These really fit the bill. Mind you, they are cheap! I got them for $60, which is in the mid-range for coaxial speakers. Install was quick, just drilling some holes after I got my panels off. Comes with 8 screws, and a few crimp connectors (highly recommend soldering for the best installation). They sound good. Only listened to it for a bit, and they still need to break in, but they can get loud, and they don't distort. Of course, bass is not all there, but my subwoofer takes care of that. (I installed some bass blockers aka inline high pass crossovers to keep the speakers safe from hitting the lows too hard.) If your speakers are blown, definitely consider these! If you're trying to get a really good upgrade from stock, consider spending a bit more for more quality for your investment.

These speakers are a marked improvement from stock and are worth the money. There were other, more expensive (and probably better sounding), speakers to be had but for car audio and at that price point, I am well pleased with them.

Brought new sound to a 21 year old truck, installed in factory holes ,no drilling.

I put these in a 2001 Saturn L200 with a cheap Duel head unit. They sound ok but are lacking because of the lack of power to the speakers. The head unit only has 45 watts peak power and the kicker speakers were 200 watts handling power. The head unit just isn't pushing the speakers to their potential. If you put a amplifier to them they would be great and they are a great value

These speakers replaced my stock ones that had blown on my Scion Xb. After doing much research and taking the recommendation of the B.B. clerk I bought these. So glad I made the decision because they are a huge improvement in power and sound quality from the stock ones. I liked them so much that I also bought another pair to replace the rear speakers even though they were still good.

Nice crisp sound at a very good price. Great value for money. Can easily handle 50w true RMS and not distort.
