Needed something that could be mounted out of sight, but still give my 04 Wrangler a little thump. This was the perfect solution! For new jeeps this sub fits under the driver's seat, but not for my 04. However, it fit perfectly under the second row seat. Out of sight and out of the weather. The sound is great. Just enough bass to round out the sound coming from the sound bar. Is it going to win any competitions? No, but that's not my goal. I just want to hear my music while driving down the street with my top off! Oh, and you can't beat the price for the 4 year warranty on this. If I do blow the sub, or it overheats, or the weather does get to it, or whatever, BB replaces it!

My spouse recently purchased a Ford Maverick pickup, and I felt the need to upgrade the terrible stock speakers. The truck needed bass, yet had very little room, and I was told that the under-seat storage bins in the back were off-limits. I had to find something slim, yet dependable, to fit in the excruciatingly tiny space behind the rear seat. With some creative mounting, I was able to fit this powered sub (and the amp for the upgraded main speakers) behind the rear seat, for a seamless, unobtrusive install. Don't expect extreme LF extension from something this small... that is against the rules of audio physics. However, if you need a bit more bass to reinforce the lower notes in your music, yet don't have much space to put a sub and amp, this powered subwoofer works well.

great sound, fits perfectly under my seat. Not crazy powerful but it does get the job done

Easy hookup, the directions are minimal, small size fit under my seat in the truck. Great sound for something so small. Comes with everything you need.

This sub took my anemic sounding system and gave it a boost. The bass from this sub can be dialed in and sounds great. I had it installed under the drivers seat and it thumps. I was surprised at just how much this changed the sound of everything I listen too. It’s like going from a old-timey am radio to a real stereo and I am very glad I did this upgrade. 2 thumbs up!

this things hits pretty hard. fit under the passenger seat with no problem. had this and four kicker speakers installed with a new Sony head unit and this system sounds great and i love that i can turn the power up or down with the wired remote that is installed right under my dash

This is a display item that I purchased so the price was right for me. Luckily all the cables were still there. This is exactly the size I want to fit my vehicle. I use a Sony head unit to drive this subwoofer. Bass is good given my vehicle is a 2-seater. This is my first vehicle subwoofer. No complaint.

Im getting old and just want some personal bass and nothing too loud for everyone else to hear. So far it sounds great. Better than stock and it has some punch to it. Just dont turn the gain to 100 and blow these speakers. All in all worth the upgrade if your car doesnt have stock sub.

I put this subwoofer in my 2013 Honda Civic and it sounds great. It fit underneath of the driver side seat and the controls were easily wired into the center console area. I've had it for about 2 years now and still working great.

This is exactly what I was looking for in my smaller truck. If you’re looking for ear ringing bass.. don’t buy this. This sub fills in exactly what was missing from my factory system without going overboard. As an 8”, it misses the lows in songs but hits all the mid-lows perfectly. It’s mounted right under my seat and I have 0 complaints!

perfect little sub you can add to your car or truck. i was able to have this mounted under my seat and it helps a ton. coming from a 04 silverado, if definitely needed some bass and this was a perfect add.

Very happy with these Kickers. Sound and vibration in my car is super clean. Had 2 installed in my vehicle by Geek Squad technician. Now, I’m not that guy that pulls up next to you at a red light with his bass thumping for all to hear, but I could be. These bass Kickers paired with 4 Kicker speakers where perfect for my needs. Very pleased with this product and professional installation.

It will enhance your standard original equipment manufacturer (OEM) system. In other words, if you did not get your vehicle with a premium sound system then this will make it sound like sound like it is or at least close to it. Sometimes it's all you need. So before you replace the entire system just install a subwoofer. Most OEM speakers are pretty good they just need a little bass.

Perfect for someone that might be just starting to build sound systems in their car. Sub and amp combined give great base. Installed in a Kia Sportage. Mostly everything for install was part of the kit. (Bought better wire connectors). Sound great!

This little sub/amp combo is a powerhouse! Bought for my 2023 frontier and it sounds amazing! Perfect size for a midsize truck and I paired it with kicker speakers as well in all four doors! This right here is definitely worth the price!

I wanted to upgrade my wife's new Jeep Wrangler with better audio. (It came with the "base" sound system, which means cheap, paper-cone speakers all around and no subwoofer.) From the factory, it was pretty awful. She replaced the factory radio with a Pioneer double-DIN, but the only thing that did to help was allow enough drastic EQ changes to force some more highs out of the factory junk speakers and make them a little more tolerable. I swapped all of the speakers with the "Alpine premium" versions, obtained off eBay. HUGE improvement - but still lacking low-end bass. This Kicker Hideaway, installed under the front passenger seat, was a great solution. Only reason I'm hesitant to give a 5 star review to this unit is the number of other reviews I read where one suddenly stopped working after a few months. I have concerns about the build quality of these after seeing all of that. But so far, this one sounds great and does exactly what it advertised.

Quick and easy install with quality sound and easy use. Don't tune it to high though cause I blew my first one. Price is high but you pay for the connivence I guess
