Called Customer Service they told me to go to the store. Store didn't carry it after Cust Service said there is plenty in store. Called Cust Service again and they said it was passed the 2 week period for returns, but they said I can have store return as store has 30 days. Go to store again and they said they only have 2 weeks return policy. Emailed Head of Customer Support Allison Peterson and was very polite and explained the situation. Didn't get any acknowledgement or communication for the detailed and polite email. Emailed Kidrobot, and they said they cannot do anything about it. Waste a lot of time for a $20 toy. Will never shop at Best Buy again.
