Not entirely certain if it carries over all bonus features from it.

Kill Bill V1 is a pretty entertaining film which cultivates alot of cool elements from westerns, samurai films, etc. that proves that Tarantino is a great curator of "cool" elements and fuses with his cool dialogue. Its a fun film to watch and this particular blu ray is a pretty good scan too so its LOOKS GOOD! The snow scenes at end look very sharp in particular. The packaging it arrived in was standard but was expected. Great audio/video transfer but mediocre packaging = 4/5 stars. All in all- its worth a poke to pick up and add to your collection.

What a great movie for those of you that like old school kung fu films (especially Shaw Bros. style Chinese flicks). Quentin Tarantino nails it with over the top graphic violence and campiness humor. The story is strong, the acting is spot on, and the action is GREAT! The only drawback, is that the movie Vol. 1, requires you to buy Vol. 2 also, to complete the entire movie. But at the prices of these two movies Vol. 1 and 2 now, it's WAY worth it!

The copy I bought had a few dings on it from handling/sitting at the store. I’ve bought a few steel books that have been slightly damaged due to the soft plastic packaging that rips easily & the way they are displayed on the shelves, particularly the first and last copies on the rack.

Kill Bill is a combination of multiple homages or rips off of genre films so genre fans will enjoy all the references but identifying them is not essential to enjoying this revenge film. Kill Bill has some great martial arts sequences in it! It also has a little too much talking along with a distasteful scene early in the film.

With Kill Bill vol. 1, Quintin Tarantino reminds us of the high flying majesty of martial arts movies. The stars in this movie don't overshadow the fight choreographies. It is an excellent balance between the 2 and it is cool to see some of our favorite (and sometimes under rated) stars kicking butt. The only thing wrong with vol. 1, is having to wait for vol. 2.

Although not my favorite Quentin movie (see Inglourious Bast**ds, True Romance, Django Unchained), this is an excellent Quentin two-part film! Replete with gory fight scenes, quality dialogue, etc. A fun, violent action-thriller sure to impress if you're a Quentin/Rodriguez/Romero fan already

I'm not a huge fan of Quentin Tarantino movies in the past. But he had grown on me over the years. Kill bill is a lot of awesome fun and a complete thrill ride. I also collect steelbooks and this is one of the best in my opinion

This movie is okay but it's not that hot. I was confused almost the whole way through it. And then Bill isn't even killed! I guess that's why it is called Kill Bill 1. Haven't seen the next one yet, perhaps because the first one was not that hot.

I'll admit, I appreciated there was more of a plot line to follow as opposed to some other Tarantino movies but the character arcs however short, are developed well. This is not one for kids.

The first Kill Bill was kind of sad when Beatrice thought that her baby was dead. But I loved the fight between her and Vivaca Fox in the beginning. That was action packed and fun to watch.

Tarantino's take on the samurai genre is one you can't miss. WIth a captivating female lead, amazing stunt work, and over the top gore effects, this movie is a blast start to finish. Steelbook artwork also looks great!

KILL BILL VOL 1 IN BLU-RAY IS VERY GOOD YOU NEED CATCH THE VOL 2 FOR SEE WHAT HAPPEN FROM BEGINNING TO END RECOMMEND THIS FILM PEOPLE LOVE ACTION AND MARTIAL ARTS .....

I would have given five stars but the special features are the same as on the DVD release. The steelbook looks beautiful and the Blu Ray is of excellent quality.

I am a huge Tarantino fan. So I needed to add this movie to my collection. The movie itself is great and it has a lot of action. But the blu ray itself is okay. Special features are okay but i really wished the 2 movies were sold as a unit.

If you like Tarentino movies, you'll like this one as it is typical of his style. Over the top violent, at times cartoonish over the top gore, and actually there is a cartoon inserted into the middle of it. But I liked it.

This movie was a purchased as a gift. Blu-ray movies definitely do make a difference in the quality of the picture.

This movie is a great suspense film with a good story that unfolds as each scene passes. The acting was top notch, and there are even a few humor scenes that fit in. Kill Bill is a blast.

This is a title I have been waiting to add to my collection. I remember watching it at the theater and being disgruntled at having to wait for vII to come out. But now both are in my collection mwahahahaha!!!
