This game is super niche but if you love historically accurate rpgs this is the game for you. Hard at first but rewarding once you get the swing of things

Very immersive game that will appeal to the Elder scrolls and Game of thrones fanbase. It has no dragons or magic though. It is also more grounded in realism role play. It's a slow pace game but some may prefer it that way. In example: you have to eat, sleep and practice in order to survive.

Overall, an enjoyable adventure in the Middle Ages. Think Skyrim without magic and a little less polish. If you're looking for an open-world romp, then this will scratch that itch. Not oppressively long, but certainly enough to do.

For the price (under $20) I had to check this game out even though I want to buy the whole game with DLC digitally. I couldn't pass though. This is a cool game as long as you aren't expecting something like The Witcher, but that would be your own fault.

finally pulled the trigger on this after a price cut, and i have to say it was worth the wait probably wouldn't pay initial retail for it, but definitely glad I picked it up if you have any interest in trying it, i dont think you'd be disappointed

I'm very harsh on games for things like graphics and gameplay, so I invited my cousin who is less picky to play. He absolutely hated this game as much as I do. The combat is shoddy, the graphics subpar, and the bugs cringeworthy. At one point we get stuck in a kitchen at the castle and cant get out because the door simply will not open. I will say the story seems well thought out and the voice acting was very good but the game was sadly horrific.

Not a bad game overall, I waited to get it. If you look at the very early reviews there were a lot of bugs. There can be a few really grinding moments, though that can be with any game you want to excel at. I personally have had fun with it.

More of a sim type game than usual, I almost quit a couple times due to what seemed impossible tasks like lockpicking. You DO actually learn and improve thru practice and failing, making progress feel earned. Online tips helped a lot also.

I bought this for my son who is a gamer. He thinks it is fun and change of pace from the current military shooters. He thinks the graphics are good and the battles are fun, while not necessarily realistic. IT is a game after all.

I’m about 20 hours in to this game and I can’t get enough! The game is a deep, complex RPG set in the Middle Ages. The combat is complex, yes, but you also have to pay attention to how hungry your character is, how tired he is, and how clean he is. If you don’t find food, a bed, or a bath to wash up in, it affects the gameplay. Not many games pay that much attention to the details of everyday life! I highly recommend this game, bugs and all.

But the game is just gitchy at times. Plus the lockpicking scenario is just hard even for a very easy lock. All in all, I still like it. I just have to go to youtube to learn how to play the game.
