Excellent USB flash drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in need of a usb flash drive, so with the deal of the day thanks to best buy i was able to get this cool aluminum, compact usb, i would totally recommend, but if you are the type of person that looses small devices fast... i dont think is a good idea... but other than that go for it.

Sturdy USB stick, but not reliable

It did work on the other port on my laptop. I bought three of these Kingston USB flash drives and none of them worked on the USB port even though four other USB flash drives did work on the same port.

Reliable flash drive

Got tired of the mess of creating DVD's, which are awkward and totally unreliable. The drive has not disappointed me yet. Only problem is that I only bought one - need to buy a couple more! They are cheap enough to just give to the clients. I like that the case is metal and feels very sturdy. Have not had any issues with compatibility with client's computers in several countries (Thailand, Sri Lanka, Central Asia, Bolivia, Mexico, Bahamas). And it is still going strong! One wish is that it would have USB 3.0 compatibility for faster file transfers.

Great for daily use and keychain spares

Simple, no format needed for Mac or PC and no auto-loading junk software! 8GB is good enough for daily tasks. Tiny size, beautiful design and low price.

Broke in 2 days

I felt like this was going to be a great little thumb drive to put on my key ring. Hook it to a small carbiner and off I went. Within 2 days the spacer that lines up the device for the USB port came out. SOMEWHERE. I thought it was a fluke then my girlfriend told me hers did the same thing. Complete junk. Don't buy it.
