Plus the APP that this connects with is the best idea ever.

Measurements are several degrees lower when compared to other in ear thermometers. I have read through the support pages and watched the support videos on Kinsa's website, neither of which have helped me to resolve the issue. I have reached out to Kinsa support two times with no response, what so ever, from Kinsa. Really like the concept behind this product, just poorly execute (on multiple levels).

Doesn't Register Correct Temperatures

Would not buy. If I wasn't under stay at home order would definately return it !!!!!

If you haven't already, please follow the steps from our quick fix guide - but especially the step for cleaning the sensor - to get much better readings right away. But if that doesn't work, we stand behind every thermometer we make and we'll be happy to take care of the return and refund for you so that you don't need to go back to the store. Just let us know at kinsa.help/ContactUs and we'll take care of it.
