Another great Kirby game. Graphics are fantastic. Up to 4 player local multiplayer is where the game really shines. Fun for kids and adults. Not too difficult to finish, but to 100% it is quite a challenge.

Wholesome, cute game with multiplayer so it can be enjoyed by the whole family. Maybe a little too easy for older players, but that's part of the charm, and makes for a relaxing play session.

Kirby games are pretty much synonymous with fun. And Kirby fans will definitely that's true this time around. Only issue I have with the game is that it is rather short. Not sure I would say it's worth full price, but definitely get it if you can find it on sale.

This is a great relaxing game for families & kids. I bought this for myself and find that the game is a little too easy and wish there was a way to choose a higher difficulty. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants something fun to play on the Switch.

Kirby games have never really been known to be difficult games and this game is no different. The game play is simplistic, but endearing and scratches the nostalgia itch gamers who grew up with Kirby might have. The game supports multiplayer (up to 4 players) which can make for a fun family gaming experience for gamers of all ages and skills. The simplistic game play may be a turn off for some players if they need to feel challenged, but there are still some completionist challenges that will add some replayability. Nintendo has also been releasing free DLC to keep the life of the game going. Overall, it's a fun and lighthearted game thats great for releasing some after work stress.

I picked this up as a game I could play through relatively easily. So far it's been just that. It definitely isn't too challenging of a game, but I can play it with my young nieces so it's exactly what I was looking for. It's a fun family game.

Although a bit easier than the previous 3ds entries, Kirby All-star Allies provides sidescrolling fun for the family. Good for an actual 6 year old or the 6 year old trapped inside an adult body.

Kids wanted to play the game, being a Kirby fan myself in my younger days I decided to pick this up. We had tons of fun in multiplayer. Good fun game, tad bit short and not really that hard.

The game looks good and lays good. But, the story is weak and the entire game is easy. No way to change to a normal or hard mode. Fans of the series will enjoy a play through but newcomers may be disappointed. Don’t buy for anything more than $30.

In a world where the number of videogames have lead to multiple lifetimes of play, my boys chose this. I'll admit, I haven't played a Kirby game since 1992 on the NES, so I naturally had my reservations on buying it.
I said to them, "How about Zelda?"
They said in an uninterested tone, "Nah."
I said, "How about Donkey Kong?"
To which they replied, "Meh."
"What about Captain Toad, Mario Aces, Skyrim or Arms?" I asked.
Each rolled their defiant eyes and the elder said, "NO!"
And the younger said, "Neh."
"Neh" not even bothering with a "No".
That was my answer, and they have been playing for over a month. I can't argue or complain about that. 5 Star.

It's Kirby but without much of a challenge. The new mechanic of having three friends on your team makes the game much easier than the older Kirby games. It's still fun, graphics are great, and plenty of nostalgia to be had with the music

Just a great family fun game that is easy to pick up and a great start to beginners with easy controls and fun gameplay with the lovable pink puffball that is Kirby and friends.

Brought back fond memories of childhood. Enjoyed game plan; however, wished that was a tad more challenging for solo play (finished after about day).
Enjoying playing again with friends

Kirby games are always fun but you have to expect a lower level of difficultly. This game makes that situation somewhat worse because the enemies don't properly scale to having 4 players, but it's still a fun game especially for younger gamers.

I just got the Switch and I've always loved Nintendo games for their co-op modes. I wanted to have an easy to pick up game and fun game I could play with my girlfriend and this was perfect. Many online reviews complained about the game being too easy but with all of the updates, the game now has various challenging modes and more characters. The game is well worth its price now. Once I saw that Best Buy had this on sale, I bought it immediately. Very happy to add this (it was a download though) to my inventory.
I would recommend this to a friend

It's often said that there are no bad Kirby games. This game continues that trend. No, it is not as good as Triple Deluxe or Planet Robobot, but Star Allies is an enjoyable romp and the free DLC packs make the game even better.

Great looking game, perfect for playing with beginner-gamers or significant others... Not super challenging, unlikely to be coveted by true gamers looking for a tough or involved game. But still a good time in short burst nontheless.
