KitchenAid Convection flush built in microwave

It's sleek, but if you have a backsplash that goes up the wall- the microwave will not be flush with cabinets. Also the fan malfunctioned, so we have a repair guy coming out to look at it.

First time for the diag, second time showed up woth a broken part and third time the part barely made it as it was obviouly been thrown around alot during shipping. As soon he turned it on after new part install we started smelling something burning and a rotten smell. Unbelievable. I really wanted to like this product. But now I got to convince Kitchen aid on replacing a four month old microwave cause there no way im letting this thing burn my house down.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far it works well, it would work better if I really knew how to operate it properly I’ve read everything that was sent but the instructions are not very clear on how and what works in the old days Best Buy would give you a tutorial on products before you purchase them with better operating instructions, love the products just need to figure out how to use them properly
