Microwave is great, works really well, set up was easy. Fans are not super great though. Even though these are pretty powerful fans, I noticed while boiling some water it didn’t seem to be drawing any of the steam in, at all. Not sure if that’s a placement issue or what but even on high setting the steam just went straight up and around the microwave.

I've been waiting since January 13th for this item when I ordered a full kitchen of Kitchenaid appliances, so I can't write a review about it. The delivery date kept getting pushed out. I finally went to the store on the day it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. The store employees had me do a return and reorder on March 11th. Said the order was stuck in some weird loop. It's supposed to be ready for pick up tomorrow. I'm crossing my fingers.

I love the size, gives so much more space beneath. But this might be the worst cooking performance I’ve ever experienced from a microwave. In fact I just docked another star from this review because it is failing at it’s primary function. I get boiling hot food and chilled food on the same plate. I try and arrange food to avoid the center of the oven but it’s just very poor to mediocre. This thing is the trophy wife of microwaves. Looks great, can’t cook.

Works great! Reheating is easy to use and has a sensor the ensure items don’t dry out. Easy to install.

Great for over a gas range. Gives you more space to cook on back burners.

Like the look of my new microwave. Its just a right a size for our microwaving needs, without having a giant box to look at!!!

I’m so very happy with our knew microwave and have so much space now on my counters…. Don’t go to Home Depot when it comes to Mayor Appliances! I learned my lesson, and it wasn’t a good one. BEST BUY is where I bought my knew Screen Tv and Ring Camera with Video. Going only to Best Buy… Thank you all for such great service

This is a wonderful microwave. It gives more space above our cook top and the lights and fan are great. Very easy to use.

I didn’t think it would be possible to get a microwave range for underneath my cabinets. This low profile works perfect!!

So far so good. Works like it's supposed to. Glad we googled the installation directions because the directions were confusing.

Overall pretty happy with this microwave. Looks great, like the extra room over the range. Functions are intuitive and seem to work well. I'm not sure how KitchenAid determines what is 'Whisper Quiet' - but this microwave is not. Was hoping for a much quieter fan. No worse than my previous microwave, but not noticeably better.

Looks good, runs quietly, great lighting for range underneath. Four fan speeds.

Bought at a price open box to replace counter top microwave. Nice space saver and the exhaust fans are stand out.

So far so good. Will get a true test when we are able to host a dinner party again.

This is a beautiful microwave. It is very streamlined and is much more attractive than the bulky over the range microwaves of the past. The hidden control panel is a nice feature. Heats up water very quickly and the fan is quite strong.

I would give it 5 stars for performance. The reason for 3 starts is because the labels on the outside of the microwave started rubbing off less then a year after we bought it. I tried to call Best Buy but apparently they are taking calls right now due to covid. Not sure how one relates to the other.
