Best Buy's M.O. is to replace an item as the first way to resolve a problem rather than trying to fix the appliance once installed. It is very frustrating and scary to require multiple sets of people into our home during Covid. Despite PR to the contrary, some employees (who are subcontractors) have to be reminded to wear masks. The jury is still out on this stove, which is only weeks old. We have had to calibrate +25-30 degrees to have the internal temperature reach what the display is reading. The storage drawer below the oven is incredibly flimsy.

It worked great and we loved it. However, in November, 2020 the lighting element went out. We contacted Kitchenaid right away. A repairman wasn't sent out until December, and even though Kitchenaid was aware of the issue and identified the part, the repairman came without it. It's now March, 2021. The microwave has not been repaired and dealing with Kitchenaid and the repair company they chose has been awful. We purchased all new Kitchenaid and Whirlpool appliances for our kitchen, but dealing with Kitchenaid over this small issue for the past four months has made us regret our purchases.
