Excellent service microwave works great no issues after 2 months

Beautiful, sleek, easy to install. And ot works great.

The only problem for me is the ring that holds the turntable glass the grooves the fits in is not deep enough to hold the ring in. Needs to be a little deeper As it easily moves out of the shallow groove. . Otherwise I do like this product.

I can cook the same amount of items in this microwave as I did with the larger one.

Their delivery and install were great, very happy with the low profile over my range.

This microwave is the low profile edition. If your recent Over-The-Range microwave has tile back splash installed up to the bottom of it, you will need to add more if you buy this one as it's a low profile, meaning about 6-8 inches shorter. An amazing microwave though.

This microwave is sleek and works great! I’ve saved so much counter space converting to an over the range microwave.

Looks great. The number pad inside the door takes some getting use to.

It wasn't my first choice but nothing beats it for a New York apartment. It fits snuggle into the kitchen space, the extractor fan is awesome, and the design is just as tasty as what comes out of the microwave.

Attractive unit with a high flow rate exhaust fan for use over a cooktop. Slim design provides extra volume above the cooktop. Controls are intuitive and easy to use.

The kitchen low profile microwave oven is of very high quality haven't had it that long but from using it I really have been enjoying it I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend Alex from sos did a excellent job installing it

The older microwave was always blocking our view of the cook top. With the new microwave, I have no problem seeing how my meal is progressing. The door on our new microwave is a little wide,r but we have gotten use to the extra length.

Replaced my old microwave with this new, low profile unit. It's like having a new oven because the microwave is only 10.5" tall. So much more space and light between the oven and the microwave.

Great looks but a very noisy exhaust fan on all 4 levels. The glass turntable is constantly falling off the wheels. Dish and food have fallen out when pressing open door button. Plastic track is triangular and the reason glass turntable keeps falling off track.

We were looking for a slimmer option in a microwave as we do not have a whole lot of clearance above our stove. This one pokes out a little more than we would like but overall we still love it.

Best investment ever. The old over the range microwave took up too much room. I can use the stove and not have the splatter hit the microwave.

This hood exhausts my cooking fumes much better that my previous over-the-range microwave. It also has a microwave that works well enough. The sensor cooking option isn’t to be trusted.
