A lot of money though with how good technology is supposed to be, this exhaust is LOUD. I have a hard vented exhaust but still could not use it because this is not for hard vented...?? how pointless is this LOUD beast for almost $1000, give me a break. It took 2 deliveries because it was canceled the first time because no one told me that I had to have the old one removed as part of the delivery and installation, not to mention they charged me for hauling it away! I had to hire a last minute electrician who charged $100 for 15 minutes to install one outlet. Then the installers never returned! It was rescheduled for weeks later! Lack of communication and this is not the first time. I am not Impressed.

Geek Squad ordered and replaced 8 different parts and in the end it still did not work. I was very disappointed.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this microwave Jun 2019 (less than 2 years) the paint inside the microwave started peeling off, I schedule a service appointment, they came evaluate it and said there was anything to do, pretty much they say it was useless and not repairable. Reach out to customer services and because the item is out of warranty (one year only) there was nothing they can do, they said that Product Exchange department will reach out to me and it has been 2 weeks since then and haven't heard back. The cost of the item is really high vs the quality and life time usage.
