How about weak air movement for the decibels emitted? What? Did you say something? I can’t hear you over this jet engine. The Broan that this replaced was half the noise and captured almost all cooking smoke. Just didn’t match the color of the new KitchenAid appliances. We’ve had this for 16 months and the labels on the buttons are worn off. Make sure you memorize the purpose and location of all five buttons. Ridiculous price for the value. I wish I would have thought to paint the old one to match. I’ll probably have to replace it before long, because the condensation forming inside the unit will possibly rust it out.

Design flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the microwave looks pretty good, but the glass plate constantly falls off and has to be put back on after every use, which is a pain in the butt! The notch in the dish should have been deeper so it would sit secure on the plastic piece for the turntable motor. I wish kitchenaid would redesign the glass dish.

Missing parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good costume service it was open box and was missing wall mount and the installation screws which the guy told me I can just call and get the missing part but when we called they changed me for the missing part which is they shouldn’t
