Love the size of it. Always thought microwaves were way bigger than needed to be. This is perfect!! Now my big stock pots when canning will fit so much better on stove. This microwave is sleek looking and I like everything about it.

God i love this microwave , this was probably the most beautiful mw at the time i bought it . It was so ease to install it , anyone can do it . Not big fan of Kitchen aid but this is spot on mw . Its been over a year now and no problems at all , still the same . So much easier to use the older models , stealth look to fit right in with any modern kitchen . The size is perfect , just what you need , not too big not too small . Still room for the dissent cabinet above which is perfect . Mine kitchen is medium size but even if i had bigger kitchen , i would still use the same microwave . There is just no need for bigger . Definitely recommending this one .

This microwave is compact which is the only thing nice about it. The plate inside continually comes off the track. The lettering on the push button dials is worn off. I had it reluctantly replaced by the manufacturer once and it did it again. I wish that I would have known this because I wouldn’t have bought it. I always was under the impression that kitchen aid was a good brand. I was wrong.

I love this low profile microhood! It has plenty of room for what we use a microwave for but does not take up the space our old microhood did. I can now put a large pot on the back burner. Angela W

I love this low profile microwave! I have more room above my stove for removing pot lids and canning. The microwave is very sleek and does a great job of reheating my food.

Sleek and easy to use. The narrow profile (height) so far hasn’t caused any inconvenience. Only once did we have a jar too tall to fit. Everything else we’ve wanted to nuke has fit in just fine.

We remodeled our kitchen and did not want a large microwave. This was the perfect fit for our needs, or lack of them. It's very attractive, it is not large and obtrusive. I love it. We have received so many compliments on it.

Had this for about three weeks. The fan is powerful though a bit noisy. It is kind of inconvenient to have to cycle through the setting to get the desirable fan speed

We had the issue of low cabinets since we had a range hood only. The fan extractor is OK but it does make a lot of sound even at low speed. But I do recommend the oven looks nice

The KitchenAid 1.1 Cu Ft Over the range microwave looks nice and does have a nice powerful fan, but the controls are not intuitive. Because the controls are weird, it took us a few weeks to realize that they weren't working! After watching a YouTube video on how to change the cooking levels, which I felt totally lame doing - it's a microwave for goodness sakes! - I realized that our microwave doesn't work like the video. I contacted service and the company was nice enough, but the technician was perplexed and basically ordered every control board in the microwave. 2 months later, no parts, and they report they are still on backorder. Yikes! The fan IS nice. So, if you are willing to spend a premium price on a vent hood and sort of need a microwave that can work in 30 second spurts, kind of heating things unevenly, this would be an OK choice.

Rather than upgrade you’re blower you can upgrade your microwave and get two birds with one stone with this microwave combo. Powerful fan and excellent under LED light.

It's a great microwave, Love the low profile over the stovetop. Almost everything fits inside with no issue (bags of instant rice are too tall).

This is a microwave for those who like the slim style or the space above a range top is limited. The styling is very appealing and it functions quite well. I like that the sound notification that cooking is done is not the usual annoying beeps, that can continue until you respond. It is barely an audible vibration kind of humming kind of three beeps that lets you know it is done. The height limitation is not as bad as I expected. You can fit a tall mug in it to reheat coffee or the largest microwave safe cookware that I might use.

Slim microwave with a lot of features. Interior space meets all my needs. Very easy to keep clean. Looks great too.

Looks great, works great, the only thing I have tested yet is the hood feature, but fans seem powerful, so I would expect it to work well

Perfect for the space. Now we can see the top of our range controls. Light is nice and bright. Now just have to do some tile work where the old one came down to.

I love the low profile when I am at my stove it doesn’t feel like I have this big boxy square in front of my face. I don’t even notice it
