We were looking for a professional-grade microwave, and that's what we received.

This unit replaced a 10 year old Jenn-Aire and does a great job at 1/2 the price of a new Jenn-Aire unit. All functions are clear and easy to use without all the annoying menus and options on the Jenn unit. Power is great. Defrost and reheat work great.

The only thing that is different is that it uses a dial to set the cook time. But I'm getting used to that. It's nice and big inside. The door is very strong with a great feeling of durability.

Beautiful microwave! We recently remodeled our kitchen and opted for a microwave drawer on our kitchen island. Everyone in our family loves it! It is easily accessible for our kids to use, but has a locking mechanism to protect our younger kids. Sleek, modern design. Works perfectly!

I bought this microwave to replace my Maytag microwave that died. I love it! The inside cavity is stainless steel so it won’t stain and is easy to clean. Operation is simple and it has good power.

Rather expensive for what you get, but the product matched the other appliances we purchased and it keeps the wife happy as a result.

I love this microwave! It has a sleek design and is a good value for the price. I also love the fact that it is slightly hard to open for my kids, who are 2 and 4 (I have no trouble at all opening it!). Works great and love the look!

As good as it gets in the “middle class“ of appliances offerings on the market. The microwave feels and performs as strong and good as it looks. Build quality is second to none and have not had any issues with it.

Ordered this 9 months ago, very pleased how it operates since it has been installed. Looks great and operates well.

Overall it looks good a little pricey but wife wanted a built in microwave.. bought this for our new house which is still under construction. Can't wait to try it out

Although it took a couple of different KitchenAid microwaves to fit, this one fits like a glove. I highly recommend paying close attention to where the space is for your unit as this one has the type of pivoting hinge that sits flush much like a counter depth refrigerator so that when the door opens it does not get impeded by the sidewall. Absolutely love the product which goes with all of our other KitchenAid appliances

Don't recommend because its difficult to get dishes out because of pull down door. Difficult to clean because of pull down door cannot get close up to reach back of oven. Rather have side open door. Plus does not have timer. Other microwave have more needed option,

This microwave is a huge improvement over the one that it replaced which was 19yearsold. Somehow the interior is larger even though it’s the same size

Great KitchenAid microwave but a little pricy. Our technician had to modify our cabinet to get it to fit and did a great job.

For an expensive microwave, it has exceeded our expectations. It is under kitchen island, a perfect spot, and looks great with the rest of our new KitchenAid appliances.
