Best Buy loves KitchenAid

Cracked display!!

Keys stopped working right after 1 year warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The number keys started to intermittently not respond a couple months after the one year warranty ended. Now none of them work. Kitchenaid service says they can't help since the 1 year warranty expired, and they offer no repair options. Lots of others have complained in reviews that the keypads break around the time the warranty ends, but their service department didn't care. I will not buy another Kitchenaid microwave.

HORRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this unit Nov 15 2018 and the electronics just stopped working (display and key function only partly working). Been spending hours trying to get somebody from KitchenAid on the phone to find out if repair is possible or not but thus far without luck. Horrible service and for this price the product should last way longer. Never owning a KitchenAid or Whirlpool product again.
