Let me say the only thing I don't like first... I thought this was a "convention-microwave" (similar to a hot air fryer) but this is not! Now the best thing I like:) The exhaust fan is awesome and the light really works! I have never had an over the range unit worked well with exhausting or lighting as good as this one. Beyond that the entire unit is a "tank"... It built solid, tough, and I believe will last many years... It's easy to operate with a quick learning curve

This Frigidaire microwave has been a pleasant surprise. It is replacing a GE profile microwave/convection that was only 3 years old. The Frigidaire is much quieter than than the GE and it seems to reheat foods better than the GE. It was already priced right at around $800.00, which was about $900 less than the GE. It was available the quickest from Best Buy compared to the other big box stores (by about 2weeks). It was on sale when it came in so I got another $300 off. Win-win! The only problem is that I mismeasured it and it was about a 1/4 inch taller so I had to trim some tile to get it installed... that was on me.

love it. Very quiet, hardly hear it run. Sleek looking. Love that you can lock the controls so you can wipe the exterior down.

I love how it looks. Very sleek and modern. The buttons are easy to use. It’s a nice size too. Definitely large enough to cook nearly anything.

The handle and door frame finally bit the dust on our 2002 microwave. If you want one that is going to last, choose this one. After reading the near-universal 5-star reviews, the wonderful visited my local Best Buy the store intending to buy a cheaper model with wi-fi, which was not on display. This one was on display -- and the solid, quiet, non-rattle click of the door and the metal door frame sealed it for me right on the spot. Didn't even try to visit the other store to see the next model down, which had some reports of door handle breaking. This is a gorgeous, quality piece of kitchen equipment! The hood ventilation on this microwave works great -- make sure the installers test it before leaving to be sure it is actually going through the duct. So impressed with it compared to my last one. Over-the-stove light is great, ease of use is great, and it is SO QUIET! Three minor downsides -- 1) it is 1000 and not 1200 watts so you have to adjust cooktimes, which is easy 2) the chime is so low that if you are talking on the phone or listening to a movie you may not hear it. So set the timer on your phone if it is crucial. 3) the buttons are not backlit, so if you wander into a dark kitchen and want to heat some coffee you have to turn on an room light to see them. However, the non-backlighting makes it a very attractive appliance indeed, IMO. I worried that the unit would stick out too far from my 13" deep cabinets and look weird, but with the stainless door frame it looks fabulous. Truly. It was on sale, and on top of that, there was both free delivery and installation for Total Tech Support subscribers. Did I say Total Tech Support is SO worth it? Loving Best Buy these days. Keep up the good work y'all!

This microwave is awesome, and the convection feature works great. Best microwave I’ve ever had. Worth the cost.

Purchased the combo to replace a microwave. Love the options of cooking and it is so quiet. Easy to clean and program too.

This microwave oven is also a convection oven. So far works great! I don't burn popcorn anymore, it knows when to stop. We would deffently buy this again.

As we replaced all of our other kitchen appliances, we were using a cheaper counter top microwave because the over the range microwave did not work. Our 4 year old grandson kept trying to heat his food in the counter top microwave. Replacing our non-working over the range microwave and removing the counter top one became a safety issue. We cannot believe it took so long to realize that money should not have been a key issue. Safety, access and a rich complimentary look were the key issues with cost considered as the last issue.

This unit looks amazing in my kitchen. Is so well made. The door opens and closes smoothly, and the convection convince is great.

This convection microwave is awesome. Being our first Microwave with convection ability, we are amazed at how well and quickly it cooks items (like frozen pizza) with a crisp crust (not soggy like a conventional microwave) and browns the top. Easy to install as well. Just be sure to follow the installation guide and template for successful installation. We also added side braces to the bottom for added stability of the install.

This Microwave/Convection oven works great and is easy to use; especially if you are tight on space.

Only a few days into using it and we like it very much so far. Its a very solid construction and very well designed with quite a few default settings that surprisingly work very well. It still has a learning curve to getting comfortable due to too many options but we only had space for one device and took a leap of faith with Kitchen aid and not disappointed. Open box deal from best buy was icing on the cake. i would recommend this to any one looking fora combo product.

I’m happy I picked this microwave. It works great and has lots of features. I wish the installation from Best Buy was a efficient as the microwave. The installer dented my kitchen cabinets when doing the installation. They also scratched my glass cooktop which they replaced but now I am having a hard time finding someone to fix my cabinets because it’s not a full kitchen repair or replacement. Best Buy would pay for it but I can’t find anyone. Get the microwave but beware of the installer.

Microwave works great. Pros: Looks, features, convection, powerful. Cons: large swinging door, just hard to get used to. So far it has performed flawlessly. I used the soften butter setting, worked perfectly without melting the butter.

A micro and convection oven all in one! Love the fact that I can micro or bake in the same unit. Great second oven in a small kitchen.
