Love the look of black stainless and LOVE the handles on all Kitchen Aid products... however, this microwave seems to heat food much slower than other 1000W microwave ovens -- it's strange. And it's HUGE, but I love the look, so I just have to exercise patience.

We live in an open concept home. The builder put in a Whirlpool microwave. Any time that thing turned on you had to pause the TV because it was so loud. This Kitchen Aid is so quiet you can’t even hear it. Plus it has everything you need including convection cooking. Don’t waste your money on the other ones.

Replaced a Samsung that was going down. Went down. got fixed. Went down again and got itself replaced with a GE. Very happy with the product. It has multiple fan settings and is quiet. Has programmable options for the wave and is quiet when running. I would recommend this product for others! We chose black stainless to match our kitchen.

Love this microwave. We didn't have space for a double oven, so the convection oven built into the microwave is a game changer. Add in the sleek and professional appearance and you'll be hard pressed to find a better option.

Works best with round “kitchen aid” roasting pan (not included) You need a round pan so the turntable function can be used. You can turn off the turntable function and use a rectangular pan but the back left corner of your dish will burn first. Works great with turntable function and a round pan. For the price I would have liked the correct pan to be included. I purchased the “kitchen aid” round roasting pan it from a different website that sold replacement parts for kitchen aid products, it was not cheap and I had to pay $10 for shipping but it is necessary to get the most benefit from this oven. We had all ready installed the oven hanging in my kitchen so it would have been more work to take the oven down and return the oven then to just buy the correct pan!, fyi!
