It looks great and very quite. Functions are very easy to use.

I didn’t need a new microwave but it sure completes my kitchen with all KitchenAid appliances. And I love them all. It has a shelf that you can fit a large lasagna pan on and cook. There are so many easy quick reference guides for reheating, cooking, defrosting and more. It’s so easy to use. Just love every feature it has and so easy to use.

This was a tough one. My wife and I have been together for 30 years, and the thought of trying to agree on a major appliance like this before a remodel. But as soon as we saw this one, we were both like "YES, YES, YES!!" It has all the features we were after and soo modern! Perfect!! Of course we had to get the matching refrigerator and microwave!! :-)

This over the range microwave with convection is larger than most and works very well. The combination of being able to choose between convection and microwave is very useful. So far we are enjoying its size, power, and flexibility. Installation by Best Buy was great.

This Convection Oven is worth the price. So nice not to use the big oven to make good food and reheat things with out thinking about it. Steams, cooks, bakes to perfection. It is so quiet as well!

The microwave is awesome. Our other one broke because one of the buttons got stuck. This microwave is more of a touch screen so will not have that issue. It is large and fits large size bowls and casserole dishes.

I am so in love with this microwave/convection oven! I reminds me when I have left my morning coffee in for a few minutes ( so I can actually drink it and not discover it there when preparing dinner). I also love the soften feature for butter. Who knew we needed this so desperately. I used it 3x last week!

It looks great in the kitchen, has a ton of room, heats evenly and is very quiet. I wish the control panel was backlit but other than that it was a great choice

The front touch panel is easy to use and responds to light pressure. It’s very quiet. I really enjoy having a microwave and convection oven right above my stove. It saves me from always heating up my large oven.

I wanted to replace my 15yr old Kitchenaid microwave with one with the exact size and newer features, so I decided on this model. It fit perfect. I installed the unit myself- drilling was required, but it was not too hard. It was expensive compared to other brands, but well worth the price. Quality, quiet, and lots of features.

Second convection oven in the last year. Had the Samsung before this one, which still works fine but this one heats up a lot faster. It is also a lot more quiet. Does exactly what it should, but it is lacking in documentation and instructions. For the price of this unit, it should overwhelm you with instructions. You will not be disappointed though. Especially if you live in an RV or a fifth wheel.

I am writing this review now because Best Buy keeps pestering me with e-mails to do so. Frankly, for such a feature-rich appliance, a review should only be submitted until after 3 months of use at a minimum. There are many features of this microwave oven and many of which I have yet to try out. Therefore, I will limit my review to the features I have used. 1) it is very quiet when microwaving; 2) popcorn works very well; 3) the light for the cooktop could be better. My old unit had three levels and was brighter at the highest level.; 4) the exhaust fan works great but it comes on at the top speed and you have to step it down until it is off. I preferred my old unit's way which step up in speed, max on. or one button off. Overall, I am happy with the unit and would recommend it.

I have purchased Kitchenaid products in the past. I like that there is a rack so you can microwave 2 plates at the same time. It is a large cavity. I have yet to use the convection function but so far it runs quietly. I like the different fan levels.There are great pre-programmed options for cooking. Love it!!

This is a great microwave. I initially thought it would be too large for our small kitchen, but it fit right in. I am still learning all of its features. It is super quiet, not like our old unit. Easy install by BB staff. On time, no fuss, no mess.

Powerful, quiet and efficient. That kind of sums up this unit. So far it seems to do everything it has been asked to do and does it more efficiently then any other unit I have ever owned. The next step will see how long it lasts...

This microwave is excellent and easy to use. Looks stunning in my kitchen and got it for a great price. The uses are endless compared to my old GE microwave. Enjoy cooking and spending time in the kitchen. Stainless steel microwave is gorgeous and can’t go wrong with Kitchenaid appliances.

We just remodeled our entire kitchen and this Beautiful Black Stainless Steel Microwave is our new one! It is so pretty and sleek. It cooks perfectly and is easy to operate. Love it!

We love everything about this microwave. It feels so much more solid than the one it replaced, and it is whisper quiet when running. As a short person, I particularly appreciate the buttons being across the bottom because I can reach them all without any problem. (That popcorn button is weirdly magical.) It did take some getting accustomed to the wider door, this one swings out much further than any other we have had. Small sacrifice for a larger interior! Speaking of interior, the stainless is SO easy to clean. After 10 months of use, we have no regrets about this purchase.
