Great looking microwave, not just a microwave. It has so many features such air fryer, can cook a whole chicken with ease. Still learning.

Right now, this is our only oven and microwave. It isn’t yet mounted over the stove, because the stove is not yet set in the floor for it to be over. We’re still in a major rebuild. Lights aren’t all functional, either. This would have been a five star review. Had the buttons been backlit. I cannot believe on a microwave this costly that they skimped on backlit buttons. Five star in every other way.

If you don't want another appliance on your counter. Then you will love this microwave. It has an air fryer build in. as well as a convection, steamer function. It beats turning on the bigger oven for just 1 dish.

Love that is quiet. We haven’t tried the air fryer yet but it is a cool addition. I highly recommend this microwave.

Microwave is great. Works well, looks good, and was easy to install. Only problem was I bought it as an open box item and the installation template was missing. Contacted manufacturer and they sent a replacement but took a couple weeks. Overall, for the money saved by purchasing it as an open box item, well worth it and would recommend!

This microwave is fun and easy to use. We live the air dry feature.

Air fryer works excellent. Very quiet. The full door is nice.

We had to replace our Whirlpool Velos microwave after 12 years of great service. Finally found this Kitchenaid that offered all the features of our old microwave. Works great. My only complaints are the buttons are not backlit & the cycle complete or timer volume is so low you can barely hear it.

This microwave has great features and comes with a printed/laminated guide regarding how to warm, air fry, or bake various items. The only thing we don’t love about this is how cheap the stainless is. We have the matching oven and you just barely rub it and it scratches. This microwave has a small dent in the corner from installing it and the gentleman was very careful.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Air fryer feature is huge bonus.

Amazing microwave! Love the convection and air fry features!

I bought my first KitchenAid with the over the range vent in 2015. Back then the vent could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. The motherboard burned out and I had to replace it. I went through four of these units before BEST BUY and I discovered the vent does not suck much at all. The new air fryer feature does not make up for a non-setting vent. I recommend the microwave, but I do not recommend it for an over range vent. The good news is, BEST BUY was outstanding and taking care of me and helping me get the microwave I want it.

Sometimes micro door fails to register as being closed. You have to ensure male door insert leads are clean as well as level for female insert hole receptacles to read.

Good quality, has a ton of features. However, you would think for the price and for it being KitchenAid and it being 2023 you would be wifi and have an app. However, it does not.

This Kitchen Aid Microwave Oven is great. The controls are easy to use. It heats evenly and quickly. I like the individual categories for quick selection. I have not tried the air fryer yet but am looking forward to that feature.
