We love our new microwave, we looked at lots of microwaves and decided on this one, it has all the features we like and then some. the air fry mode is ok just need to get used to it, we've only had it for two months.

The microwave was easy to install. Also it has so many settings makes fast cooking on different modes very convient plus it save counter space as you dont need other small apliances as this does it all

Loving it from the start. It is like having another oven but with the convenience of air fry and microwave. So far I have used all three functions and had no problems. It cleans up easily. No issues!!

We upgraded our dieing GE microwave with this one. The custom cook modes including air fry, steam, and convect bake are awesome. We have no complaints, and the microwave feels well made compared to others on the market.

Works great. It’s like a second stove too. Air fry mode takes a little longer than stand alone air fryer but food is great.

This is an excellent product. It's the quietest unit I have ever owned. I would rate it 5 Stars but consumers like me look at the bad reviews to see what problems have been encountered. I've seen several reviews that the exhaust system is poor. This is untrue. The consumer must print out the manufacturer's installation instructions, paying special attention to the ventilation of the exhaust system. It requires a specific Transition in order for the damper to open freely. This Transition is different from the standard transition used by all other above the range units! Make sure that the Transition used is the correct one! Don't let an installer tell you that the one from your old unit will work! They are wrong! It requires that the Transition be a straight shoot for the first 3 inches of the Transition! Otherwise the damper will not open! Of course, a damper that's not fully open will affect the exhaust performance adversely! If your installer is not able to complete the ventilation portion of the installation, contact an HVAC contractor to complete it correctly. The first Installation Crew they sent out had no idea that this unit takes a specific Transition until I showed them the instructions. They didn't have the correct Transition and had no idea where I could get one. I contacted the manager at Pacific Sales and they had a local appliance installation contractor familiar with the required Transition come out to install it.

We love this microwave! It is very solid, and well built. We have used the air fry however have not tried the oven function yet.

Product was delayed in delivery for 3 months because of a model change that was not communicated. Product is very nice once delivered.

Beautiful and feature packed microwave. The air fryer is fantastic, the unit is super quiet and it heats food to perfection. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an over the range microwave.

Really am happy with this microwave oven. I have been using the convection oven and the grille feature a lot and am very pleased. Does a good job

great microwave and it air frys so I can eliminate my bulky airfryer. it is quiet and so far is a great investment, but I have not steamed or tried to grill anything. Easy to work with.
