Absolutely love this microwave! Cooks beautifully! Quality is excellent! Best Buy installers are the absolute best! Very professional. This was the second appliance they have installed and the second installation team. Both were way above expectations! I will purchase from Best Buy in the future because of the professionalism of their installers!

It is quiet but powerful. It is extremely roomy and fit where my old regular microwave was above my range.

Quiet running. 1000 watt-so a little slower than my previous 1200. Great over stove lighting and vent which is vented to outside is effective but loud on highest setting. Pre-settings are helpful-I am still learning the convection feature.

Great design and functionality. Convection oven works much faster than a full fledged oven. One wonderful thing kitchen aid did is the microwave sounds. Pleasant tunes make you want to keep using the microwave to completion. Only minor complaint is that due to the sheer volume of the microwave, it takes a while to heat small things like a cup of water (takes more than 2 mins to boil, usually something that should take a minute or so in smaller microwaves.

Very modern looking and easy to clean, easy to use

We're remodeling our kitchen and wanted a good quality microwave with a quiet fan (exterior-vent). This KitchenAid was a great addition to our kitchen and we'll be complimenting it with the range and other KitchenAid appliances. We've used it for several weeks now. The unit is very quiet when operating and the fan is also quiet. The versatility of the convection oven makes this our go-to appliance for quick meals.

I love this microwave, it is big and it has the timing built in for everyday common food. It makes the best bake potatoes, fluffy and light on the inside. It figures the size of the potatoes and will set and cook potatoes the appropriate amount of time. The exhaust fan does a great job on over my cook time. I do wish it had a brighter light....

Love Love Love this unit! Looks great in my kitchen and I can't say enough about the ease of use and functionality of this convection/microwave oven. It's just a great addition to my kitchen and the large oven means I can have everything ready for a large dinner to serve at the same time. It's such a better unit than the counter-top convection oven it replaced. I just love it.

Quieter than my old microwave which was 6 years old. Like the stainless steel interior- when cooking something, it is as if a mirror is behind whatever you are cooking. Tried the sensor cooking with the provided steaming bowl and both carrots and corn on the cob came out great! Both veggies are items in the touchscreen menu, so setting it up to cook was easy. Trying to get rid of the halogen bulbs and replace with LED- have to contact the manufacturer to see why LEDs won't function properly for stovetop lighting.

This isn't your fathers above-the-range microwave. We had a great above the range microwave that didn't need replaced. We were replacing the rest of our kitchen appliances and wanted to add this to complete the set. However, little did we know that this maybe would be the best item we purchased. In addition to being a great microwave that is super quiet, it's a convection oven. Seriously, a convection oven on top. That's so cool. We love it.

You'll never use an older microwave again. Convection and sensor cooking makes it so much easier.
