Once our previous Electrolux convection microwave broke down, we began the hunt for a replacement. Having a microwave with the added convection cooking feature is essential when having a full second wall oven isn't an option. The KitchenAid brand has served us well in the past and this microwave has been no different. All the features you look for in a sleek modern design. The interior is spacious, the touch controls are responsive, and it cooks well.

Love this microwave. We didn't have space for a double oven, so the convection oven built into the microwave is a game changer. Add in the sleek and professional appearance and you'll be hard pressed to find a better option.

I am so in love with this microwave/convection oven! I reminds me when I have left my morning coffee in for a few minutes ( so I can actually drink it and not discover it there when preparing dinner). I also love the soften feature for butter. Who knew we needed this so desperately. I used it 3x last week!

The front touch panel is easy to use and responds to light pressure. It’s very quiet. I really enjoy having a microwave and convection oven right above my stove. It saves me from always heating up my large oven.

I wanted to replace my 15yr old Kitchenaid microwave with one with the exact size and newer features, so I decided on this model. It fit perfect. I installed the unit myself- drilling was required, but it was not too hard. It was expensive compared to other brands, but well worth the price. Quality, quiet, and lots of features.

We love every feature and design of this ATR microwave, but even on sale, it was a little pricey. But hey, had to complete the kitchen to match. Would definitely suggest this model if it went on a great sale! Full price, eh, feel like you're paying a bit for the kitchenaid branding. But the quality of the materials and their finishes is certainly apparent.

This is a great microwave. I initially thought it would be too large for our small kitchen, but it fit right in. I am still learning all of its features. It is super quiet, not like our old unit. Easy install by BB staff. On time, no fuss, no mess.

We just remodeled our entire kitchen and this Beautiful Black Stainless Steel Microwave is our new one! It is so pretty and sleek. It cooks perfectly and is easy to operate. Love it!

We love everything about this microwave. It feels so much more solid than the one it replaced, and it is whisper quiet when running. As a short person, I particularly appreciate the buttons being across the bottom because I can reach them all without any problem. (That popcorn button is weirdly magical.) It did take some getting accustomed to the wider door, this one swings out much further than any other we have had. Small sacrifice for a larger interior! Speaking of interior, the stainless is SO easy to clean. After 10 months of use, we have no regrets about this purchase.

This microwave was the perfect upgrade addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. Quality built and sleek design. Runs to quietly and I love all the gadgets it includes like the middle rack tray, heating bowls.

First time owning a product like this and it is better than expected. Looks great and has a lot to offer. Easy to use, even our kids can use it easily. Love the popcorn feature, works like a charm. Good quality product that I don't regret buying. It's a little pricey but it is worth it.

Microwave is exceptiuonally quiet and it feature set is excellent. Very easy to learn and intuative -On screen display guides you through everything you need.

Fantastic the best microwave I’ve ever had. All the bells and whistles you could ask for. Extremely quiet and the convection oven is amazing. Food tastes so much better in the Kitchen-aid than any I’ve tried before.

I really like this microwave it has a lot of features my old one didnt have. When reheating pasta it is cooked through the evenly instead of the outside being hot and inside being cold. Also it defrost great without cooking the meat. The lights on the bottom provide ample light for cooking below. Installation could be a little bit challenging as my cabinets weren't configured for this and I had to build a new one. Overall this is a great microwave.

KitchenAid is one of my favorite brands. I purchased this one for my daughter after getting the black one for myself. I tried several microwaves prior to settling on this one. While the LG had GREAT features, like how to cook what built into the door. I LOVED that! But it would stop working and I had to put a glass of water in for 1 minute to reset it. STRANGE There were a few more but NOTHING came close to KitchenAid. I'm a SUPER picky shopper. I don't settle.

Its a great microwave and I believe Kitchenaid products are wonderful. However, this microwave has a lot of bells and whistles that I haven't really used. This is a lot of buck for not so much bang. Sure, it has a convection oven, but I am yet to use it. My new Kitchenaid stove also has a built in convection oven, which I do use. It seems that this microwave does take a little longer times to heat up food that my 65.00 microwave accomplished in shorter time. It is ascetically pleasing and I used it as a un undercounted microwave, but it is offset in the kitchen as I have a range hood. Overall a great addition to any kitchen, but if you're not going to be using the convection portion you may want to opt for the one that occasionally goes on sale and save yourself 400.00. Mind you it does look as nice, but its a much less expensive model.

Good quality product but there were a few issues during installation. 1) The paper template that came with the microwave for drilling the necessary holes to mount the microwave does NOT match the actual metal bar that supports the microwave. I'd recommend using the holes on the metal bar as the guide for drilling holes. 2) The toggle bolt screw that comes with the microwave are really cheap and broke during the installation. I'd suggest replacing these with two sturdier toggle bolt screws from a hardware store.

The room in this microwave is amazing. This is my first convection microwave and I love it. Kitchen Aid appliances are wonderful.

This microwave is awesome! I love nearly everything about it! My only concern is the weight of the door. I'm worried that it might wear out the hinges over the years. It's powerful, easy to use, and the convection portion of there microwave is terrific!

Beautiful microwave and I use it everyday and it’s a joy to use. It tells you what to do. Very high tech and easy to use. I baked oatmeal cookies in it and my husband said they were the best he ever had. They were chewy, not hard
