The new kitchen aid appliances are super quiet and intuitive, I haven’t had any trouble figuring out the buttons on the microwave. The black stainless steel is sleek and very appealing.

Can’t beat the convection microwave only complaint is door opens really wide

We really like the microwave, easy to use and quiet. The only problem we had was that the first unit had some wear marks, probably from shipping. Best Buy sent a crew to replace it with another unit without the marks. Best Buy stands behind their sales.

So far so good. We’ve had it only for a short time, but we are very pleased with this microwave. It is very high quality, and roomy. For the record, it is worth every penny.

The microwave heats the food much better than the old one. It also is easy to use and looks good. It fits our space well even though it is larger.

This oven is a major improvement over the last kitchen aid in terms of looks and operational quietness. The fan can get loud in a high pitch way. In my last, air flow noises were more noticeable. With ghis one its fan motor noise. Sounds more like a turbine. Everything else works well. But get used to the larger size. The dimmensions are larger than spec except for width. Which is spot on. Cosmetically, init looks more upscale. Best buy did an outstanding job installing the unit.

Our new microwave has a very modern look. The convection component is a new and different function for us in a microwave and we are utilizing it more than anticipated. The many cook options have given us a second range.

Amazing Microwave!! Definitely worth the money. I was going to get one model below, but liked the uniqueness of having the button on the bottom of the microwave. The quality of KitchenAid is second to none. Looks great and works fantastic!!!

Love this microwave! Replaced an 8 year old “regular” GE microwave...love all the features & options this offers! Our food always comes out perfect. My kids even love it! Still have yet to explore all it can do, but extremely pleased with this purchase! As I always do, a lot of research went into this, so thankful I chose the KitchenAid!!! The stainless interior is a favorite feature! The microwave is extremely quiet & the signal chime is so pleasant. A welcome sound after listening to an awful buzzer for years. Now I want to transition my cook top & frig to KitchenAid. Love the brand!!!

My microwave is awesome! The buttons are easy to use. I love the look of it as it matches my refrigerator. It is the perfect size for my kitchen.

Installed myself, although I don't recommend doing that unless you know what you're doing. Runs super quiet, has lots of features, and has a huge turntable. Great buy!

I am super happy with it! I did not have a convection oven and now it does the work. It is very silent, and I like even the sounds that it make.

The Kitchenaid microwave is everything I hoped for. It has both convection oven capability plus microwave. I used both during holiday dinnner when big oven was occupied with other dishes. Easy to use. Attractive.

We had to replace our exactly 10-year old Kitchen Aid convection microwave, and this appeared to be the model to replace it. I love it! It is sleek in design, and it heats food so evenly-- no hot spots at all! Word to those who self-install-- be sure to read all of the directions before hanging it. You must look at how the fan is positioned for air circulation in your cabinetry; we had to open the fan panel and turn the fan around to ensure that the air would be venting out as necessary to avoid a fire, and it is not something that one might readily consider before just hanging the brackets.

It's a pretty good microwave it has this sensing function so it can properly melt, soften or cook many different foods. It pops all the popcorn in the bag & softens ice cream and melts cheese dip perfectly. I haven't used the convection oven function yet but I'm sure with Thanksgiving around the corner I will be testing it out. The only complaint I have is after having it 2 months the stovetop light went out and the bulb is expensive almost $20 but found a replacement on Amazon for $10. I hope it doesn't go out often cause that can be costly fix, my old one the bulbs were $3 and it would go out every 6 months or so. But this is a pricey microwave I'm hoping the oven function is worth the cost. I will update after I use the oven.

This convection oven is quiet running. You dontbknow it is even on when using microwave part and convection part is very quiet compared to our GE one prior. Very roomy! In satisfied highly with this product.

Not only does the kitchen aid microwave work fast, it is easy to use and made of quality materials and the best looking appliance around. A little pricy but well worth it.
