I really like this microwave! It's quiet, feels high quality and looks very nice with my other Kitchenaid appliances. I love using convection oven to bake pizzas, ect. instead of heating up the whole house with my reguaar range oven. If you have some muscle & a friend it's very easy to install.

I like this unit. It has many useful features. The convection portion and the microwave portion works very well. Although it seems that it takes a fair amount longer to cook items then my last microwave. Fit and finish are good. It looks very nice, appropriate to cost.

This is a fine, well made convection/microwave. Works great and easy to use with the only exception being the controls are not backlit and pretty hard to see especially in dim light. ( I hope it's just because we're not doing something right and someone will clue us in.)

Very pleased so far. Looks sleek and sexy in my kitchen and I love how quietly it cooks. You will truly forget something is in there until the timer sounds. My only concern is the wattage/power may not be high enough because I have had to cook a few things longer than listed cook time.

This is a wonderful convection microwave. So many features with an easy to use and simple layout. It is well built and very high quality. You can actually bake and cook regular dishes in this with the convection feature. Way better than the basic one it was replacing.

I really like this microwave it has a lot of features my old one didnt have. When reheating pasta it is cooked through the evenly instead of the outside being hot and inside being cold. Also it defrost great without cooking the meat. The lights on the bottom provide ample light for cooking below. Installation could be a little bit challenging as my cabinets weren't configured for this and I had to build a new one. Overall this is a great microwave.

Very happy with this microwave and I purchased it when it went on sale so it was $250 cheaper than when I originally was looking at it. It has a lot of features and works well.

This microwave is super quiet and feels very sturdy. I have not tried the convection method yet but look forward to it! The black stainless is beautiful and much easier to keep clean looking than the stainless.

Updated a 20 year old microwave and what a difference in food tastes. The convention is a must have feature and makes quick meals and baked goods without the need of the large oven . It’s a little large but works

Its a great microwave and I believe Kitchenaid products are wonderful. However, this microwave has a lot of bells and whistles that I haven't really used. This is a lot of buck for not so much bang. Sure, it has a convection oven, but I am yet to use it. My new Kitchenaid stove also has a built in convection oven, which I do use. It seems that this microwave does take a little longer times to heat up food that my 65.00 microwave accomplished in shorter time. It is ascetically pleasing and I used it as a un undercounted microwave, but it is offset in the kitchen as I have a range hood. Overall a great addition to any kitchen, but if you're not going to be using the convection portion you may want to opt for the one that occasionally goes on sale and save yourself 400.00. Mind you it does look as nice, but its a much less expensive model.

KitchenAid is one of my favorite brands. I purchased this one for my daughter after getting the black one for myself. I tried several microwaves prior to settling on this one. While the LG had GREAT features, like how to cook what built into the door. I LOVED that! But it would stop working and I had to put a glass of water in for 1 minute to reset it. STRANGE There were a few more but NOTHING came close to KitchenAid. I'm a SUPER picky shopper. I don't settle.

I'm impressed with how well made this looks and feels compared to any other microwave I've owned. It also more expensive but I think it was well worth the money. It is so quiet I sometimes check twice to make sure it's on. The timer bell is quiet too. I wish that was a little bit louder but that's minor. The convection oven feature is what sold me on it and it works great so far. I've only used it to bake cookies, chicken fingers, and macarons. It didn't do so great on the macarons compared to my regular oven but the other stuff came out fine. I'm sure it will come in handy during the holidays. I don't know if I would try to cook a Turkey in it but for baking the side dishes, it will free up my oven for other things.

This is a large slide-in microwave so make sure you measure your dimensions beforehand. That said, so far we have been very pleased with its cooking performance and it looks great in stainless steel to match our other KitchenAid appliances.

Good quality product but there were a few issues during installation. 1) The paper template that came with the microwave for drilling the necessary holes to mount the microwave does NOT match the actual metal bar that supports the microwave. I'd recommend using the holes on the metal bar as the guide for drilling holes. 2) The toggle bolt screw that comes with the microwave are really cheap and broke during the installation. I'd suggest replacing these with two sturdier toggle bolt screws from a hardware store.

Works great and is very stylish. Too many features to use but I like all the preset cooks. I have not used the convection oven feature yet but if works will be great to have if oven is in use. Many compliments on its looks from my guests.

This microwave/convection works well, has many features (some of which I still haven't used), cooks evenly, is very quiet. I wish the buttons illuminated, would make it so much nicer. It's difficult to see as the printing doesn't contrast with the button background well.

Sleek design, easy to clean and cooks great. This microwave has a few special perks like being ridiculously quiet and not having an annoying beep that wakes everyone in the house while heating up your midnight snack... it chirps quietly. Buy it!

This microwave is awesome! I love nearly everything about it! My only concern is the weight of the door. I'm worried that it might wear out the hinges over the years. It's powerful, easy to use, and the convection portion of there microwave is terrific!

This microwave is very quiet when cooking. We have used it for reheating food along with cooking frozen meals. It heats food evenly throughout when using the microwave features. I like the way it steams vegetables (I normally never used a microwave to steam vegetables but this microwave does a nice job) The convection en also cooks food evenly and works well. I'm happy that we chose to get this model as the stainless steel cabin is easy to clean up. It is a bit deeper that our previousSamsung cheap contractor microwave which made it a bit more challenging to get items out of the cabinet mounted above microwave.

The room in this microwave is amazing. This is my first convection microwave and I love it. Kitchen Aid appliances are wonderful.
