This KitchenAid microwave is a beast. Not just size wise, but being a microwave and a convection oven too. Runs very quite and smooth. We have had it for a month now and have no complaints.

The room in this microwave is amazing. This is my first convection microwave and I love it. Kitchen Aid appliances are wonderful.

I purchased this because our old microwave started failing. The plastic door handle broke and the plastic on the front panel was cracking and going to break even more. It only was 2 years old. The door handle and faceplate on this model seems to be of better quality. The buttons are sensitive to just a light touch. It works great and I believe will last longer than our last unit. I only have 2 CON but they are not major. The instant start is for 1 minute our last unit was 30 seconds and there is no pause button. You have to open the door or push cancel. These are easy to get use to during operation of the unit. I would recommend this unit.

So far so good. We’ve had it only for a short time, but we are very pleased with this microwave. It is very high quality, and roomy. For the record, it is worth every penny.

Have had the microwave for about a year now. Overall it has been great. Works great as convection oven and microwave. Only grip is having to press the fan multiple times to turn it off. Wish it was a long press hold would turn it off.

Very quiet operation, the convection feature does work well if you know how to operate it. That feature takes some experimenting to get it to work to your advantage.

Our new microwave has a very modern look. The convection component is a new and different function for us in a microwave and we are utilizing it more than anticipated. The many cook options have given us a second range.

Looks great. There is a learning curve from my old oven and I'm working to know how the convection part works. A few misses and a few hits. I do like the fact that it is quiet and efficient and the microwave part works great. As I said the fault is mainly mine but I am learning.

The microwave heats the food much better than the old one. It also is easy to use and looks good. It fits our space well even though it is larger.

I love this microwave. It is beautiful and it is much quieter that my previous one. The touch panel is responsive. It has sensor functions that actually work and soften functions that soften without leaving a puddle in the butter, ice cream, etc.

This microwave is so much quieter than my other one. My Electrolux still worked but the LED display was hard to read. I didn't realize how noisy it was until we started using this new one. The interior is very large.

Looks fantastic and very well designed. Makes our old builder grade model seem chincy and small in comparison. The inside is huge, the buttons along the bottom are very easy to use, even for the shorter members of our household.

It has all the features that we wanted and quite some new features as well. It’s very quiet as well when operating. It has a steel handle which is quite important considering the heat of the range would not affect it.

A solidly built unit. Install straightforward. Cleans up easy, inside and out. Having a small convection oven OTC is wonderful - we rarely use our standard oven anymore, the food from this oven come out fast and tasty. 400 CFM fan clears cooking fumes fast. A bit of a learning curve for the oven and pre-set menu items but starting the microwave is one touch. Only design issues are having to press five times to turn off the fan, and it's a bit of a scroll to get to manual convection settings.

Can’t beat the convection microwave only complaint is door opens really wide

Probably the most quiet microwave I have used. Lots of options and preprogrammed cooking times. Not used as a convection oven yet

Large microwave/convection oven, but absolutely wonderful. Hope to get many years of service with this unit. Very beautiful too!

This microwave looks great. It also works well. Microwaves made today do take a little longer to warm food up verses microwaves made 15+ years ago. I have yet to try to oven convection. Matches my kitchen aid stove and dishwasher perfectly

This microwave is pretty easy to operate. It looks nice and heats evenly. Installation was fairly straightforward, no issues at all.
