We love our kitchenaid microwave!! It’s very quiet and is very easy to use. This is our second Kitchenaid product and would recommend this brand.

We had to replace our exactly 10-year old Kitchen Aid convection microwave, and this appeared to be the model to replace it. I love it! It is sleek in design, and it heats food so evenly-- no hot spots at all! Word to those who self-install-- be sure to read all of the directions before hanging it. You must look at how the fan is positioned for air circulation in your cabinetry; we had to open the fan panel and turn the fan around to ensure that the air would be venting out as necessary to avoid a fire, and it is not something that one might readily consider before just hanging the brackets.

This microwave looks great. It also works well. Microwaves made today do take a little longer to warm food up verses microwaves made 15+ years ago. I have yet to try to oven convection. Matches my kitchen aid stove and dishwasher perfectly

This microwave is amazing. Hard to figure out at first, only because we went from a pretty old microwave to a new and improved one, once figuring it out it became my go to for fast cooking meals

This convection oven is quiet running. You dontbknow it is even on when using microwave part and convection part is very quiet compared to our GE one prior. Very roomy! In satisfied highly with this product.

It's a pretty good microwave it has this sensing function so it can properly melt, soften or cook many different foods. It pops all the popcorn in the bag & softens ice cream and melts cheese dip perfectly. I haven't used the convection oven function yet but I'm sure with Thanksgiving around the corner I will be testing it out. The only complaint I have is after having it 2 months the stovetop light went out and the bulb is expensive almost $20 but found a replacement on Amazon for $10. I hope it doesn't go out often cause that can be costly fix, my old one the bulbs were $3 and it would go out every 6 months or so. But this is a pricey microwave I'm hoping the oven function is worth the cost. I will update after I use the oven.

Have used the microwave for the last 6 months so here's the good and the bad. Good- looks good, it hasn't broken, vent is stronger than most other microwaves. its also pretty quiet. Bad- The buttons are really starting to bother me- im contantly having to re-enter times b/c they dont read my touch very well. Also to turn the vent fan off you literally have to hit the vent button 6 times in a row which is not easy with the button set up- you'll end up usually pressing it like 12 b/c it'll misread your touches. Also the microwave will stick out and inch or two farther than your probably used too. I still like the microwave but it can be frustrating to use sometimes

We love this microwave oven. It works great and the convection oven is a bonus feature. Cooks evenly with great results. Nice light for under the unit. Very quiet operation. Good exhaust fan.

Not only does the kitchen aid microwave work fast, it is easy to use and made of quality materials and the best looking appliance around. A little pricy but well worth it.

I've been asked to review this oven and at this point I'm not sure what to think. I replaced a Maytag that would operate at no more than 90% power. At full power this unit doesn't heat water as quickly as the Maytag at 90%! Both are 1000 watts. I tried the popcorn button and it ran for about a minute and shut down; no popcorn. I tried roasting some potatoes with onions and bell peppers, up on a rack per instructions and found that function rather feeble. After too long a time they were not really roasted. The oven is beautiful and very quiet even with the hood fan at full speed. There's a lot to try on the machine but so far I'm not impressed.

It feels very sturdy and looks great. Cooks well and will be using the rest of the features soon. Has plenty of room and accessories.

Sturdy, modern design unit with lots of features such as fan, light sensor cooking and auto convection cook as well as manual. Easy clean interior, easy to use. Functional and nicely designed.

This thing is amazing!! It can quick reheat, cook, bake roast, many setting to quick get what you need, very easy to use and easy to clean

We really love this microwave it is very stylish and works very well. It is easy to use and the convection oven does a great job on roasting chicken.

Great microwave. Only complaint, which is a minor inconvienance, is the fan has six settings and you have to push the button all the way through the cycle. Other than that I’ve been very happy with the purchase.

It’s a lot quieter than my old microwave and has a wonderful sensor cook feature. I haven’t tried the convection oven feature yet but will soon. It looks great over my oven.

I use this every day. This microwave is so quiet I can hardly hear it running. Love the size of it, also.

Love the convect option also it senses humidity for popcorn and baked potato functions and gives instructions for most settings.

We've only had this unit for about a week, so I haven't put it through its paces yet or reached proficiency in using all its features. I had it set up for outside exhaust and the exhaust fan is relatively quiet. The microwave itself is very quiet, compared to the old GE and LG units I have had in the past. The overhead light has two levels and provides good illumination over the stovetop. I have noticed that this unit takes longer to heat up things than previous units. That might be due to the larger interior capacity. This unit is a monster in terms of weight. I was amazed that one man installed it by himself.

This microwave has so many features that we have not been able to use them all. It performs better than expected and we look forward to trying out the convection feature!
