love it. Very quiet, hardly hear it run. Sleek looking. Love that you can lock the controls so you can wipe the exterior down.

Bought this to replace my Kenmore. It has all basic features and much more! I had black appliances and the black satin option complimented them well.

Currently not working because of something I did but when it was it worked great. They should have backlit buttons though!!!

Best microwave/convection oven! Have used the convection oven feature 3 times and was happy with all. The first was for a frozen pizza and it came out perfect! Baked a peach cobbler and roasted portobello mushrooms. Both were excellent. Amazed at how quiet this is. When using the Convection option, it does not heat up the kitchen. Cook times are accurate and microwave time is quick!

Purchased the combo to replace a microwave. Love the options of cooking and it is so quiet. Easy to clean and program too.

This microwave works great and it looks really good.

As we replaced all of our other kitchen appliances, we were using a cheaper counter top microwave because the over the range microwave did not work. Our 4 year old grandson kept trying to heat his food in the counter top microwave. Replacing our non-working over the range microwave and removing the counter top one became a safety issue. We cannot believe it took so long to realize that money should not have been a key issue. Safety, access and a rich complimentary look were the key issues with cost considered as the last issue.

Over the range microwaves are a pain to install so unless you are a confident handy person, have BB do it. love the quality look and feel of Kitchenaid, haven't tried the convection feature yet but the micro works well, this might seem trivial but the chimes when food is done etc are very subtle and pleasant, adding to the feel of a quality product. my previous Kenmore was obnoxious.

It has a very cool look! Very quiet! I just did not rate it excellent because I still did not have the chance to use all its features yet, but I am already very happy with this item.

Purchased this to go with a new Kitchenaid Refrigerator and stove. Works wonderfully, and I love all the features. Super product!

This microwave not only looks great but meets all the needs in our kitchen and has a large capacity. Highly recommend!

This convection microwave is awesome. Being our first Microwave with convection ability, we are amazed at how well and quickly it cooks items (like frozen pizza) with a crisp crust (not soggy like a conventional microwave) and browns the top. Easy to install as well. Just be sure to follow the installation guide and template for successful installation. We also added side braces to the bottom for added stability of the install.

No complaints quiet and works great... it is convectionbut we have not used this yet... many extra functions... multiple fan speeds etc etc

Only a few days into using it and we like it very much so far. Its a very solid construction and very well designed with quite a few default settings that surprisingly work very well. It still has a learning curve to getting comfortable due to too many options but we only had space for one device and took a leap of faith with Kitchen aid and not disappointed. Open box deal from best buy was icing on the cake. i would recommend this to any one looking fora combo product.

This Microwave/Convection oven works great and is easy to use; especially if you are tight on space.
