Quiet running. 1000 watt-so a little slower than my previous 1200. Great over stove lighting and vent which is vented to outside is effective but loud on highest setting. Pre-settings are helpful-I am still learning the convection feature.

This isn't your fathers above-the-range microwave. We had a great above the range microwave that didn't need replaced. We were replacing the rest of our kitchen appliances and wanted to add this to complete the set. However, little did we know that this maybe would be the best item we purchased. In addition to being a great microwave that is super quiet, it's a convection oven. Seriously, a convection oven on top. That's so cool. We love it.

I love this microwave, it is big and it has the timing built in for everyday common food. It makes the best bake potatoes, fluffy and light on the inside. It figures the size of the potatoes and will set and cook potatoes the appropriate amount of time. The exhaust fan does a great job on over my cook time. I do wish it had a brighter light....

In the short time i have used the oven, I like it. It saves counter space, and was easy to install.

I love the microwave because of all the features it comes with. The only problem is installation because it is quite heavy. Be very careful when screwing the top . If you are not careful the screw bracket will fall into the inside of the microwave. It’s the final step-so be very careful because they didn’t do a good job attaching it

This is a beautiful microwave/ convection oven. Solid, quiet!

This microwave looks great. However, I have minor complaints about this item: 1) It's not as powerful as previous models 2) there are 6 fan settings and in order to turn it off, I have to press is 6 times. There should be a separate ON/OFF button for the fan for convenience 3) the entire door (including frame) opens up.

The microwave fit perfectly in place of our old one. Also, has all the functions we could imagine

Microwave has performed well so far - about one month. It runs quietly and has cooked to specifications.

Love this! Easy to use. Quite. Fries come out crispy when baked.

This micro does so many things - the temperature of food is hot, but not blistering (unless you manually put in a cooking time). The time and power settings are automatic if you use the auto selections. The micro opens and closes easily and has a pleasant “done” tune. I spent a lot of money on this thing and I do not regret it!

So far, this is a lovely oven. Haven't used the convection oven yet, but the microwave is very, vey quiet. The popcorn feature produced perfectly done popcorn with no scorching and practically every kernel popped. Excellent build quality. I've only had it a month, so I'm hoping it will be as reliable as it is a pleasure to use.

Overall solid microwave and convection oven. Easy to install and works great. Only two issues I see with this product so far. First, I wish they would have included a contrast button for the display. Its too bright and looks odd. And second is not really an issue with the product but rather something that you have to get used to. And that is the door is really long. You have to be careful not to hit your self in the head when you open it because it is bigger/longer than you think.

Old microwave died from a bad mother board. This one had similar dimensions, but added convection oven, which is new for us. Best Buy install team was professional and showed up on time, (These are third party guys so your experience may be different). Well worth the investment, cooks great and convection oven works well for small items.

While this was a nightmare to get delivered, I ABSOLUTELY love this convection microwave! It works fantastic. I am still learning the features on the convection part, but I am very impressed with their very thorough detailed instructions on what to cook and how. I am excited to use it all.

More than I would've thought I'd pay for a microwave. However, it's more than just a microwave. For a smaller kitchen, it provides the opportunity for the use of two ovens, rather than one. The convection oven feature is easy to use and remarkably efficient.

Really love this microwave. Easy to use and does a great job. Highly recommend.
