Shocked how quickly it heats and is quite. Lots of functions

Have had the Microwave for about a month now. Performance wise it has worked great. The fit and finish is great. The install instructions and measurements were slightly off for cutting and drilling so double check the actual locations and measuremnents on the microwave itself. All in all we are very happy with the microwave and highly recommend it.

Very good looking appliance, huge capacity, very versatile

The profile is of the microwave is beautiful. I use this microwave at least six times a day and my grand children told me it was about time to get a new modern microwave and they really enjoy that they can do so many things with this microwave, The new name for the microwave is GO Baby GO!!!!!!!!!!! the microwave

My wife has been looking at this for months as we just upgraded the dishwasher, so of course she needed to Microwave and soon to be refrigerator with it! Easy install for the DIY, instructions were good, and had a buddy help do the lifting! Easy operation with some great features for a microwave / convection oven! Love the door controls vs side!

I love this kitchaid microwave. It looks great, love the glass touch panel controls. I bought it mainly because it's the same brand and style as my stove. Definitely need a extra hand to install it which I think would be the case for any over the stove mounted microwave. It can be installed to recirculate the air or vent to the outside.

The guy unloaded the micro-wave, and there were two huge dents in it, one on the side, and one on the side of the door by the handle. The box it came in was not damaged at all, which tells me that this thing was packed in that way. How does something like that pass Q.C.? The microwave looks great, is super quiet, but, if it wasn't for that, I'd give it five stars. To Best Buys credit, they left the damaged one hooked up and ordered a new one and will replace it. With all that external damage on it, I did not want to risk the insides being messed up. I blame Kitchen Aid for putting a damaged appliance in a box and thinking that is acceptable. On what Planet is that ever acceptable?

I purchased to replace my old microwave. It was still working but it is little outdated. New Kitchen Aid microwave with convection oven one is great. I love that center display. it seems that it is wider with that reason.

Easy to use lots of great features and easy to clean

We were excited when we purchased the Microwave, but we were more than excited and very enthused when it was delivered and installed. It looks fantastic in our kitchen and it works well with all the various functions to cook/defrost. I highly recommend the purchase of this item.

We love every feature and design of this ATR microwave, but even on sale, it was a little pricey. But hey, had to complete the kitchen to match. Would definitely suggest this model if it went on a great sale! Full price, eh, feel like you're paying a bit for the kitchenaid branding. But the quality of the materials and their finishes is certainly apparent.

So far it seems to work as it should. The vent fan is loud and the 6 speed settings are unnecessary and more of a selling point than a useful feature. Low and high speed make almost the same amount of noise. Also I didn't realize that Whirlpool makes Kitchen Aid so when I unpacked the new microwave it was immediately obvious that it had the exact same loud fan housing and cabinet as our old Whirlpool. While this made installation easy( same mounting holes, vent location and back mounting bracket) I was a little disappointed that we just spent this much money to replace a Whirlpool that only lasted about 3 years with a Kitchenaid that is essentially the same exact thing. I guess we will see.

Looks great, works well, love the convection feature.

A little bigger than the microwave we replaced, but fit well. This was to replace a Convection Microwave we tested to see if we liked to use them. Comes in handy when we need to cook a second item that we can't fit in the oven

So far this microwave has been great. You can turn the sounds completely off, even the final beep, which I did. This makes the microwave super quiet so you can heat up items while other family members are sleeping or resting. Heats foods quickly and evenly. I haven't tried the convection part yet so can't comment on that.

This unit is perfect if you require additional oven space. The unit preheats the same manner as an oven and will notify you when it's time to insert your food. My pizzas come out perfect every time. Features include for a thin or thick crust and 6'' or 12" size. There are many features to list, you won't be disappointed

We purchased this microwave to go with the kitchenaid set. Works great, looks great. Love all the cooking options it has. We also Constantly use the steamer tray that comes with it Great purchase!

Bought it to match my stove looks great works awesome

This microwave is great. It tells you everything you need to do. Only drawback is that the buttons are not backlit so you have to turn a light on to see what you are doing.
