Microwave is exceptiuonally quiet and it feature set is excellent. Very easy to learn and intuative -On screen display guides you through everything you need.

I love that this microwave also has convection oven capability. I think the vent fan is loud even on a low setting and the light puts out a lot of heat.

Fantastic the best microwave I’ve ever had. All the bells and whistles you could ask for. Extremely quiet and the convection oven is amazing. Food tastes so much better in the Kitchen-aid than any I’ve tried before.

This Microwave is awesome. I am so glad I choose this one. I love how the LED PANEL is on the bottom of the front glass. This is the PERFECT TYPE OF MICROWAVE. The FANS have levels 1-6 which is very nice and the lights are bright. I replaced the lights with LED SUPER WHITE BRIGHT LIGHTS off amazon, they fit but the LEDS now stay on 24/7 when they are on the OFF position and then they are very dim like a night light. The on #1 or #2 they just get brighter. I wish KITCHEN AID would just use LED on everything.

Unit looks nice with my other appliances, we have a Samsung refrigerator and stove in black stainless. Did not like the reviews of the other over the stove microwave and convection oven combination units. The black stainless is a close match to the Samsung appliances we have.

We were very impressed with how foods come out using the convection side of this oven. This is our fist combination microwave/convection and we use the convection side a lot more than we thought. Microwave works as well as any and the vent fan works suburb.

We bought all Kitchen Aid appliances for our last home. We have since built a new house and bought the same appliances for it. They look great and work great.

Love this microwave/convection! Cooks and steams everything, including pasta. The only change I would suggest is changing the ‘Add 1 minute’ button to a 30 second button. The look is also great in my kitchen.

This is billed as a combo Microwave/Hood. And it's a really good microwave. BUT, the hood function is horrible. We bought this particular model, in part, because our Kitchenaid ovens take forever to heat up, so when re-heating some dishes it just took way too long. Our thinking was that we could use the convection feature to avoid the 30 minute wait to re-heat pizza as an example. Some foods are better re-heated conventionally. The actual microwave functions are great. Cooks food more thoroughly than our previous Kitchenaid did. So no problems there other than the popcorn sensor, which overcooks the popcorn. We have to enter that one manually. Convection mode cooks great too, however the pre-programmed settings don't account for re-heating we have to enter our own best guess at how long to cook. Not optimal. But not a show stopper. The biggest issue we have is really the fan and venting. You have to cycle through all 6-speeds of the fan when using it. So if you have it on high, you have to push the pad button 6 times to turn it off. Most disappointing is the venting. The fan vents are over the rear burners and the fan is pretty weak from the underside of the unit, so when using the front burner, most of the smoke and fumes run up the front of the unit and are not pulled up through the vent. We have to use our attic fan whenever we cook bacon! And we have to clean all of the grease off of the front of the microwave. After 6 months we've found the hood function unusable and will have to dump this and find a different solution, which is unfortunate because the microwave is actually really good. And yes, we turned the blowers, checked the vent conduit for obstructions and sealed the vent outlet, etc... Plenty of air flow coming out of the top, not enough from the bottom. Just a bad design.

This is a great microwave oven, I replaced an fifteen year old microwave and I can’t believe how great this one is. And best of all the Best Buy team installed it for me.

The microwave is a confection oven and a microwave oven it works great. The sound when it is done is not a beep but a tune. You can cook a Trey of cookies a pizza without having to use you big oven I am very pleased with my KitchenAid microwave and confection oven combo

We have found that with the convection/microwave combination it takes a little longer to do quick jobs such as heating milk -- we have used the convection operation a few times to cook meals and its great

This is an excellent microwave/convection oven. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use.. it had a 1.9 cubic foot capacity so it can handle most cooking needs!

Learning to operate my new Convection Microwave. The many features I can use make cooking easy. This model matches other new KitchenAid appliances in my kitchen.

I am in love with my new microwave. I purchased an air fryer oven but it took up too much counterspace. I now have a microwave & a second oven with the convection feature.

Exactly what we wanted. Marvelous convection microwave oven. Automatic settings very easy to negotiate. Instructions provide additional information if self explanatory menus require more info.

I was looking for a microwave with convection feature and this one had great reviews. The only reason I give it 4 star is because the installation for this microwave was not straight forward. The mounting screws are symetrrical, the one on the right side is 8 inches in which may not be supported by your cabinets.

The Microwave is quiet. It has lot of settings and they work well. It does take a little bit to get used to all of the settings. Also, opening the door will catch you off guard initially, since, the whole thing opens vs. just the oven opening.

This is a very nice looking over the range microwave/convection oven. With all the space it has on the inside it you’d think it would be clunky and overpowering but it’s not. I’ve used about half the features including the convection oven, and so far I’ve been happy with the results

The microwave works great. It has some extra convenience features like a melt butter setting. However, we did have an issue with the initial install where there was not a proper match for the mounting screw so we had to wait for a replacement unit which was fine.
