I had several delivery issues with Best Buy where each oven was dented in some way. Even the last one, which I decided to kept and avoid the hassle of returning had a small dent. The oven itself is well made though.

Awesome above the range microwave. A bit larger than others but better than most. Will need to move mounting plate from other standard ovens but with it for sure

First time owning a convection microwave and I was amazed that it can cook a frozen pizza just like if I put it in a oven, it was crispy!!! It really cooks like a oven. Didn't even know it was possible from microwave. Great microwave.

My husband just installed this microwave and it is exactly the high end look I was going for! The step by step directions, to use it, it great when cooking with the convection or the microwave. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

We bought this to replace a broken GE microwave. The build quality of this is outstanding. It has more metal than most other units. It is worth the money.

I have never had a microwave/convection oven before. I love the convenience of not having to use the full oven to cook meals. It took some time to get use to but I am diffently loving it especially on these hot summer days

This Kitchen Aid is the greatest performing Micro Wave we have ever purchased. You can even feel the quality when you shut the door. It is now obnoxious with the indicator sounds like other Micro Waves. Seems to cook more thoroughly and quicker.

This is a great microwave! We replaced a pretty good LG to match the oven and other appliances and this has easier features and larger capacity, better program capability too!

Beautiful microwave and I use it everyday and it’s a joy to use. It tells you what to do. Very high tech and easy to use. I baked oatmeal cookies in it and my husband said they were the best he ever had. They were chewy, not hard

The microwave is easy to use and heats food evenly. The convection oven in it is a bonus and allows us to cook more foods or to not use our oven. It’s also a very beautiful appliance and complaints our kitchen.

I like it because not only is it a microwave but also a conventional oven.

We really like the microwave, easy to use and quiet. The only problem we had was that the first unit had some wear marks, probably from shipping. Best Buy sent a crew to replace it with another unit without the marks. Best Buy stands behind their sales.

I purchased the stove, microwave , dishwasher, and refrigerator from kitchen aid when remodeling my kitchen. I used the convection oven quite a bit during the summer. Sleek modern design.

Never know what you do not have till you get it. My oven is now mostly unused, as this microwave has nearly replaces it as the mainstay in our kitchen. Works well and will never go back to a non convection oven again.

I LOVE this microwave!!! The design, sleekness, feel of all the controls (especially the sound and feel when openning and closing the door.

Bought this microwave about 4 months ago, but decided we wanted it in our island instead of over the range. We love it! Looks great, matches our other kitchenaid appliances and works like a charm!

Amazing Microwave!! Definitely worth the money. I was going to get one model below, but liked the uniqueness of having the button on the bottom of the microwave. The quality of KitchenAid is second to none. Looks great and works fantastic!!!

Beautiful microwave and good potential but I have had continuous issues with defrost. Hot spots literally cook half of meat and other half is cold. Never had the issue with my 13 year old Whirlpool. Also steamer basket lid is warped- so can’t use, and convection rack legs were welded crooked so it is uneven. Good luck baking a cake layer unless you want a crooked cake. Convection oven bakes to expectations. Microwave cooking also has hot spots so constantly have to tend and stir whatever is cooking. Not sure if I would recommend due to hot spots.

Cannot say enough about the quality of this microwave. Install wasn't too bad with the help of a friend. Definitely cooks food a lot faster with the convection fan option.
