This is by far the best microwave I have ever had! it is so quiet & has Convection & lots of settings.

Love the microwave. It is very quiet while it's running and when the cycle is complete it lets you know with a very pleasant, quite signal. Most microwaves ding so loud they wake up the entire household.

Great microwave. I haven't tried the convection oven but heating things up is very fast. It fit the space of our old microwave perfectly.

The microwave is loaded with features and sensors to cooks lots of different foods including pasta! Unit is larger than most and does stick out a inch or so.

The microwave itself isn't very powerful. It's only 100watts less powerful than our old microwave, but it takes almost twice as long to cook things...something seems amiss. The fan when using the convection oven is VERY noisy, which is annoying. The beeping sound when items are done cooking or via the timer is just way to soft...and it doesn't continue to go off until you turn it off...I don't like that. Overall we like it, we just don't love it...

I am super happy with it! I did not have a convection oven and now it does the work. It is very silent, and I like even the sounds that it make.

Great purchase. Very sleek looking in stainless steel. Haven’t used all the features yet but it’s super powerful and cooks fast.

Well worth the investment of purchasing this KitchenAid Microwave Oven. Having the flexibility as a convection oven or microwave oven is a great value.

Been installed 6 months with no issues. Like other reviews the ending chime is not very loud but has not been an issue. Replaced another KitchenAid that lasted 11 years of daily use, hope this one will last as long.

Nice & easy use convection oven. User friendly the instructions are easy to follow. Love the touch screen and it is easy to choose what you want to cook.

Well built and expected to provide many years of good service. A little disappointed at first because there is no 30 second button option but after a few weeks like the new unit much better than the unit it replaced.

We have had our KitchenAid for 3 months now, because I wanted to give it time. So far works very well. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very stylish and matches well with my other stainless steel products.

First convection/microwave, still learning how to use. So far so good. No complaints, quieter than old model. I like the adj. Beeping and the reminder beep. Installation was a breeze. Had geek squad do it.

Beautiful stainless with convextion. I've been dedicated to KitxhenAid for over 20 years. I do wish the volume for the oompletion notificatiin was louder. Also the use of the metal racks could use better instructions.

works and looks great. my only complaint would be that it takes up too much room on my counter top.

I have not used the Convection portion yet, but this Microwave has worked well after a month, and it is relatively quiet compared to my last GE over the range.

The appearance the sounds when food is done are excellent. To open and close the door is smooth, not noisy. The vent fan with 6 speeds,I love it. Have two ways to make your food. Bake or cook. I will recommended.
