When I purchased my new place, I wanted to duplicate my appliances. The team that installed it was very courteous and professional. Several days later when using the night light function, I became aware that the bottom of the microwave was not even and I could see the wires inside the unit. I went to Best Buy and was pleased with the follow up customer service I received.

Cons...cooking stuff. bought this unit specifically for the convection oven functionality. My hope was that it would obviate the need to have a separate toaster oven. Wrong. The convection oven function of this unit actually takes substantially LONGER to preheat than my standalone, low-end oven...and takes dramatically longer to preheat than my toaster oven. Yes, I tested them both simultaneously. As a standalone microwave, it is incredibly weak as well. My old lower-end microwave could heat 2 cups of cold water in about 1.5 minutes. This thing takes 2.5 minutes for the same thing. I cook a lot, and all of these things matter. I can only guess that a lot of the positive reviews here are from people pleased with the aesthetic of this unit...as it sure does look nice. But performance is woefully lacking!
