I try not to write negative reviews, but something must change, it’s bigger than just one company, it’s American brand reputation, and KitchenAid has lost its reputation with me. Microwave portion of our oven stopped working December 3rd 2020, 4 months after the purchase. These things happen. Service repair person came out 12/24. Didn’t really troubleshoot anything, said there was a recall on the door switch assembly, I asked if it were the control circuit for the door, why would only the magnetron be affected, he didn’t know but was convinced it was the problem. No multimeter check, no fuse check on the power supply board, just ordered the part. Came back in late January, installed the part, didn’t fix the problem. Says he’s going to order the whole assembly for the microwave side of the oven. It’s March 21st, parts are still on back order. KitchenAid has lost control of the scope of customer service. I saw this happen with Sears, and we know where that ended up. Even though I placed the service request through their customer service center, I’ve received no call back to check how things went. So far, I’ve received no response to emails. Also important to note, their website is geared towards marketing, it’s hard to find links to contact customer service, outside of a chatbot. I am sadly disappointed. This is the company that once made bulletproof stand mixers that every grandma that could afford one, had one. Now it seems, to me anyway, that you are just as bad as Disney and Coca-Cola, too willing to put your brand name on anything so long as the profit story makes sense. You are slowly killing America by watering down the quality we once stood for. Sorry, I found a soap box and got a little carried away. The bottom line is that my wife says we will never buy anything KitchenAid again, and unfortunately, based upon this experience, I have to agree.

I am thoroughly enjoying this convection microwave. I have a lot to learn however. Haven't had it very long. There was not a lot of instructions on how to use it. So I am learning by trial. YouTube has good videos as well.

The convection feature is a great option. Love the operation buttons.

Our microwave broke after 4 yrs. We got this one. No complaints so far

Its expensive but what isnt these days. I'm very glad I picked this microwave over my other options. I love it and you will too. I wish I could take it to work with me!

Nice to have microwave and convection in one. Fan is quiet.

The metal inside the oven vs. my old unit plastic is way easier to clean. The lights, fan and controls are easy to use and the door opens nice and wide.

The first time I used the microwave I actually thought it wasn’t working. I was 3 feet away and it was so quiet, I didn’t think it had started. The microwave works very nicely. Food heats more quickly than in my old one. It heats consistently. Getting through the menu is a bit complicated, so I gave it 4 stars. Perhaps with more use I’d get use to it and, to be fair, it has so many options it might not be possible to simplify it. I haven’t used the convection oven so can’t speak to that. I definitely would (and have) recommended this microwave.

This microwave has done everything we have asked of it.

Overall I do like the microwave, but one complaint I have is the exhaust fan has 6 speeds and no on/off button so you have to push the dang button 6 times to cycle it on and off. C'mon KitchenAid you're better than this.

I bought this because it matched the rest of my appliances but it seems a little fragile. It takes a little work to close the door and the installer said it's designed that way so people don't slam the door.

We have enjoyed our new Kitchenaid convection Oven and microwave since we remodeled our kitchen. The oven is great for reheating pizza and a variety of other items. I'd strongly recommend in relation to a basic microwave for anyone in the market.

I have not had the chance to use it yet, but the oven looks great in my kitchen, and I cannot wait to use it, especially the convection feature, after demo by salesman in the store!

Purchased this Convection Microwave Oven after the disappointment of two Samsung convection microwaves that crapped out after less than 4 years each.It looks like my kitchen is moving up to KitchenAid Quality because now I'm shopping for the matching Range.

We didn’t realize that is a 1000 watt microwave. The accepted standard is 1200 watts. The machine in most cases will adjust for the difference but the user has to compensate also.

I like this a lot. You REALLY can bake in it. My only surprise was how deep it is...it sticks out further than my cabinets. I should have checked dimensions better. I like the finish-looks great and smudge free.

Sales person Garett was very helpful, and went with whole process of ordering with great patience and no pressure at all. Also worth taking extended warranty, better priced compare to Original manufacturer.

The finish is excellent. The door feels heavy and closes perfectly. Love all the stainless steel inside. Love the two lights that light up our stove top. They did not include a quick 30 touch button, its a one minute

Should have gotten this instead of the Samsung. Great deal as damaged property. Cabinets covering both ends damage.
