Sure it is great. used a short time nice it was too deep we exchanges for the 1.9. Door is nice. only thing I miss is manual timed defrost. food came out yummy.

This microwave was a direct replacement for our old one that we used to have. Our other one used to be black in color. We were very happy with our other one so this choice was easy to make for us.

The sales representative was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain the pros and cons the device has. And the sale Best Buy had after Thanksgiving made it easier to purchase. Don't forget the warrenty.

A bit large and heavy when hanging, but it is worth the effort. Large touch panel is nice and it cooks quickly. Not as quick as my previous but still nice

This is a great microwave with lots of features, but be sure to check the dimensions first. It sticks out from the wall about 3"-4" more than regular microwaves. Other than that its awesome!

Great Product! Installation was way too expensive ($129) so I opted to install it myself. It is pretty straightforward, don't be scared about the install. It was quite easy after a quick youtube video.

It is a Kitchenaid so it functions well and has all of the features you would want. Our only beef is that everything takes longer to heat up than our previous microwave which was over 15 years old. Not sure if this is the case with all new microwaves now.

I am truly enjoying my new oven, it's way more than a microwave and I pray that it holds up for many years. I like the smooth touch buttons. Great features and it cooks fast. Worth every penny!

It's perfect except the finished cooking alert is too soft. It needs to be much louder. Why can't it be turned up?

Larger than I thought. Should have checked the watts, old one was 1100 watts so this one is much slower, 1000 watts. Can’t make my 12 muffins in it on convection, so the instructions say. Have used a convection microwave ( Sharp) for many years so really disappointed I can’t do this now. Took so much longer to bake a sweet potato.

Took out a regular microwave and built this one into the cabinetry since I don’t need the vent function. Very solid unit. The underneath lights are perfect for lighting the countertop below.

Does a great job of microwaving, roasting, or baking. I like I can stop the turntable from turning if I need to bake or microwave on a rectangular tray.

This microwave has a sleek look with an updated style that looks good in any type of home. It is so versatile, with the ability to steam and use it as an extra oven to boot! I'm enjoying it immensely!

Purchased at Best Buy with best Price and the they did a great job installing quickly and correctly. Insaller really new what he was doing and had it in place in about 45 min!!!!

This microwave has exceeded my expectations. The price was great and the performance of the microwave is outstanding.

The vents under the microwave are located in the back of the unit which barely picks up any steam from a boiling pot of water. Our range has the big cooktops burners on the front so when we boil water, the steam just goes straight up and covers the microwave no matter how fast the venting is. It is extremely annoying. I would only recommend this unit if you have a range that has the big burners on the back of the cooktop.

Due to the Covid virus, my Convection Over-the-range Microwavve oven was just installed today. So I have not used it yet!!!!!!!!!! Many delays!!

Love the look and dependability of KitchenAid. We have purchased our first KitchenAid product 25 years ago and it still works. New bought for new home.
