I called but they said because of covid they weren't fixing anything. I understood and waited until august 10 or so and called and they agreed to an in home service the next week. Nobody came. I called again 2 weeks later chatted with the man in the window on the computer and he promised they would be there the following monday. Nobody came. Sept 10 went into my local bestbuy store and went to the geek squad counter and told them about it and they said their store couldn't do anything , it would have to be handled by the chain and that they would contact them for them to get ahold of me. Today isevening of sept 25th and nobody has called, texted or emailedme. disgudted for sure!!!!
