    Doesn’t seem to have a lot of power in my Pinyan compared to other microwaves I’ve owned in the past. I do like the soft beeps it makes and the touch panel is nice other than the power issue it’s a nice microwave

    Bought this KitchenAid Microwave couple weeks ago. Best Buy has been fantastic in support by sending 3 replacements. However, Kitchenaid has been terrible with support. No. 1 microwave - Issue with display, which showed intermittent flashing and characters were not fully displayed by the LED. No. 2. Danger door panel No. 3. Same issue as No. 1. These are all new items that had manufacturer’s problems. How can 2 new items both have the same problem, and Kitchenaid is unaware? Kudos to BB thigh for trying to get this right!! I am about to replace the complete set with Samsung.

    Unit works fine except when cooking something on the stovetop below. The fan exhausts air at the top but pulls ZERO from the stove top through the bottom of the unit.
